There is a difference between the external drawing and the internal dwelling. Most called out ones think that external feeling of the Holy Spirit is the same as the internal dwelling Spirit, it's not.

Your definition of “Spirit baptism” is different than water baptism. We don’t say that phrase. You receive the Spirit when you believe in Him. You are still commanded to be water baptized.

Note the NT conversion accounts, that provide specific details, include both water baptism in the name of Jesus (in order for sins to be remitted), as well as the need to receive the Holy Ghost. The accounts prove there is ALWAYS evidence when people receive the Holy Ghost. And that evidence is immediate communication between God's Spirit and the individuals renewed spirit via speaking in tongues.
Jesus was the one who said, unless a man is born of water and of Spirit he cannot SEE or ENTER the kingdom of God. That water and Spirit is recorded in every detailed account is not a mere coincidence.

Regarding Heb. 6:4-6: it makes no sense to view someone who intentionally/not accidentally became a Christian to be deemed unredeemable if they accidentally fall. No, the fall must be intentional in order to be blameable.

Regarding baptism: there is only one salvific/commanded type, the one SB that occurs when the one faith/Gospel accepts the one Lord/Jesus per Eph. 4:4-6.

Regarding eventually: the work of WB was mistakenly commanded in Acts before folks realized it is only the inner faith/SB that is salvific (1Cor. 12:13), which is why WB was not commanded in the epistles.

Repenting of sins means to turn away from sins which a Spirit led person will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.
A person will not receive the Spirit until they hate sin, and do not want sin, and allow the Spirit to lead them to abstain from sin.

Not everybody truly repents and loves sin more than God and do not come to the truth.

They will not let go of the flesh and believe they cannot abstain from sin.

Which they hold on to sin and the blood of Christ cannot wash it away.

A person not led of the Spirit will sin and believe it is alright and hold on to sin.

A Spirit led person if they sin will repent and not want the sin and allow the Spirit to lead them.

God knows the heart whether a person holds on to sin or not.
