Nope i don't care if you keep sabbath or follow the mosaic law. Nothing wrong with that, its a beautiful thing. But when you decide that it is part of Christian Doctrine or that the bible tells us that we MUST follow the Mosaic Law, I object with 2000 years of history and scholarly research.

It is about allegiance.
Many keep Sunday as the Lord's day, but the Bible points to the seventh day, and not to the first, as the Lord’s day. Jesus said... “The Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath.” The fourth commandment declares, “The seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord.” And by the prophet Isaiah the Lord designates it, “My holy day.” [Mark 2:28; Isaiah 58:13.]

It is clear which day is the Lord's.

This is what I believe...

While the observance of the false sabbath in compliance with the law of the state, contrary to the fourth commandment, will be an avowal of allegiance to a power that is in opposition to God, the keeping of the true Sabbath, in obedience to God’s law, is an evidence of loyalty to the Creator. While one class, by accepting the sign of submission to earthly powers, receive the mark of the beast, the other choosing the token of allegiance to divine authority, receive the seal of God.

Every 7 days, one day to holy convocation. It can be any day, as long as every 7 days.

That's great that you have grown enough to understand the issues 1st century Jewish converts had. However, once you move forward and learn what Christianity is by reading and understanding the New covenant you will come to know Jesus. (hopefully) and in doing so understand what the purpose of his death on the cross achieved, particularly as it relates to the faded, obsolete, Mosaic covenant that can't be followed by any man. It is an offence to God to do part but not all of the Law.

Moreover, you probably aren't Jewish, so the law never had anything to do with you. The seventh day is not a holy day in Christianity beyond recognizing it as a Jewish sabbath. Christianity traditionally uses the 1st day of the week just like the apostles did. Christians are not under the law and never were. if you do not believe this then you 100% do not understand the mosaic law, the new covenant nor the work of Christ on the cross and you show yourself to most likely not even be saved. But you know this already because i have said it to you before. therefore you are clearly just being a troll.

That is an incorrect posting of a verse which shows clear bias the word Sabbath is not used in the Genesis account of the seventh day it is simply saying God rested which is a shadow of the Sabbath but not the Sabbath itself because man was not given the Mosaic law which included the Sabbath until Mount Sinai something which most of you silly people can't seem to grasp even though the Bible tells you explicitly

The law was given to Israel, not to man generally.

Equating observing the Jewish sabbath to allegiance to Christ is an insult who have given their lives in His service. You should be ashamed of yourself. All your specious argumentation ignores the reality of the New Covenant. New Covenant, New law and New Life. The last thing that Lord Jesus did with the 12 was to introduce the New Covenant in His precious blood. That obviously means little to Sabbatarians. You people are obsessed with the old.

How do you explain ..?

A Law that is Holy Just and God.
A Law that is Spiritual
And a Law that is never taken away.

With a Law that is nailed to the cross and A law that is abolished..

Paul wrote most of this above.

Rom 7, Col 2, Eph 2.

They are not the same laws.
 
Was the law from Moses or God.

Did God tell Moses what to write or did Moses decide the laws??

God did not Moses. Moses was used to write them and guide the people into the obedience to them.

God's law is not different to the law that Moses revealed. But God gave it not Moses.
God's law today has not changed but Jesus is still promoting God's law.

Very nice! Now, did God make the 7th day holy and the day we can spend THAT holy day with Him? Has that special day been labeled as Saturday and has been celebrated since….

Not just “a” counting of every 7th day but THE SABBATH. The only day in Gen. 2:2-3.
