But others say the 3rd

The Bible reveals that Jesus will return in a visible, literal, and glorious manner to gather His people and end the reign of sin.

Not a secret coming.

Jesus will return personally and visibly, just as He ascended. He does not return in secret or merely in the hearts of men, but in the clouds of heaven where every person on earth will witness His appearing.

It is Visible to All:

"Behold, he comes with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him" Revelation 1:7.

In Like Manner as His Ascension:

"This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as you have seen him go into heaven" Acts 1:11

He will come in power With Power and Glory:

"And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory" Matthew 24:30.

This tells me it is not a secret coming.

The second coming is a literal, world-shaking event involving the resurrection of the faithful and the transformation of the living righteous.

The Resurrection of the Saints will happen when He comes:

"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first" 1 Thessalonians 4:16.

And The Transformation of the Living, all the saved will be changed:

"We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed" 1 Corinthians 15:51-52.

The Great Gathering:

"And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other" Matthew 24:31.

Jesus returns to give His people their eternal inheritance and to take them to the place He has prepared for them in heaven.

Jesus has Prepared a Place: "I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also" John 14:2-3.

The Reward:

"And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be" Revelation 22:12.
"And it shall be said in that day, See, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation" Isaiah 25:9.

While the return of Christ brings joy to His followers, it brings destruction to those who have rejected His grace and the truth of His Word.

Destruction by His Brightness:

"And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming" 2 Thessalonians 2:8.
"For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction comes on them... and they shall not escape" 1 Thessalonians 5:3.

these verses are clear but yet there are a lot teaching the secret rapture. And other strange doctrines.

This period is described as "a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of devastation and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess" Zephaniah 1:15.

Because the destruction comes from the Almighty, "all hands shall be faint, and every man’s heart shall melt" Isaiah 13:7.

Just as the Israelites were spared during the Passover in Egypt, God’s end-time people receive a mark that signifies they are under His protection.

Eze 9 talks about a Mark of Deliverance. In vision, a command is given to "set a mark on the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations" Ezekiel 9:4.
Those with the mark are spared when the destruction begins, as the messengers are told, "come not near any man on whom is the mark" Ezekiel 9:6.

This final group is seen standing victoriously, "having his Father’s name written in their foreheads" Revelation 14:1.

To stand in that day, we are encouraged to "put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil" Ephesians 6:11 and to "seek righteousness, seek meekness" today, so that we "may be hid in the day of the LORD’s anger" Zephaniah 2:3.

It is not going to be easy in any way.
Our faith will be tried and tested but the Lord will protect those that are trusting in Him.

Revelation 21 does not say that the mountain will split just before the coming of the NEW Jerusalem

I have no problem with Jesus causing the Saints to be caught up to meet Him in the clouds.. But it does not say He will not assend with the Saints to earth on that same day.. Scripture states that Jesus will be coming with His Saints on that day.. So getting caught up to meet Him in the clouds and then coming back down to earth with Him to rule and reign with Him on earth for 1000 years aligns with scripture..

1 Thessalonians 3:13
(1 Thessalonians 3:13) "To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints."

Revelation 20:4
(Revelation 20:4) "And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years."

I am unpermitted to tell exactly....
But generally speaking....the Book of Revelations by John is a "final exam" type treatise on the ENTIRE Bible....

Kinda like those who signed up for a college history class on the rise and fall of the Roman Empire. The Professor didnt take attendance...didnt give quizzes. Zero homework. Said, "They require me to give you a final exam....but since I'm kinda lazy I will only put one question on it".
People had various strategies for studying...half of the material, what they had of the material (skipped class a lot) and all sorts if nonsense....

On the final exam there was just one question: "explain in as much detail as possible over the next three hours the rise and fall of the Roman Empire"

Everyone broke out exactly with the grades (public) as much effort as they put into the class....EVERY....SINGLE....TIME.
