This came on my Pandora app yesterday and when i checked later i saw that this song was release in 2024.
No idea these guys were still producing but they belong in the 80s. :D

 
Her other song is known worldwide (Heaven is a place on Earth) but this one is also a favorite. I heard it playing on the radio in the car today.

i'm a fan of the go-go's & belinda carlisle's music. had some of her albums.
 
Wow!!! I love the music from the 80’s… But what about all the great R & B music from the 80’s as well… Anyways I have my app tuned to the 80’s r& b radio… Check it out yall… You may discover some great music… Peace

There are a few good songs, of course, but overall I am reminded of the 80's being the nadir of noteworthy music.
For example, "People Get Ready" sung by Rod Stewart compared with "People Get Ready, Jesus Is Coming" sung by Crystal Lewis
and Avalon, or "Addicted to Love" by Robert Palmer compared with "The Power of Love" or "Ode to a Young Woman" by Groovy.

every generation has their "great" music era. people born in the 50' will say rock & roll & rock, those born in the 40's will say big band, dance, swing, people born in the 20's will say the best was ragtime & classical & on & on.
 
I'm quite fond of music (mostly rock music) from the 50s on until about the last 20 years. The last 20s years has left something to be desired in the music world.
