What is your take on the Parable of the Sower? Where the devil comes and takes the word, so they don't believe or those who receive the word but due to hard times or the pleasures of this world fall away ?

It is with the heart that one believes. The natural man is hostile to God, opposed to the Spiritual things of God, which he can neither receive nor understand. He is a slave to sin and lover of darkness refusing to come into the light, blinded by the god of this world.
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, It teaches us to say “No”
to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in
this present age,." Titus 2:11-12
The Greek word translated "teaches" is not your typical word for a teacher educating a student.It means to teach by allowing someone to do wrong. Allowing that one to be immoral, to find himself hurting badly as a result.
In that way many unbelievers learned to avoid immorality as they get older.
That is why we see many unbelievers settle down to live a conventional stabilized moral lives.
