are you fulfilling the Second Great Command today? or is the orwellian love is hate the gospel?
Are you a hater, well I do not know, but I can see that you do not love the truth as you claim.

as for "defending sin", are you bringing that charge against the disciple Jesus loved?

1 John 1:8
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
he wont see it, he will try to excuse it away.

John said we. he spoke of himself as well as all who are saved.

he spoke present tense. not past tense. (as many want to believe)

The difference in those who are new creatures in Christ do not sin willfully ever but it certainly does not mean we are without sin.

1 John 2:1 (KJV)
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

ok. so you're retracting the word hate. that must have been a mistake, so you won't need to repent.

you are able to see my heart then?

Romans 2:4 suggests that its the goodness of God that leads to repentance, in other words we don't accept him, he accepts us. It is generally agreed among all that claim Christianity that repentance is key to salvation, this is true and vital to the faith.

And it is certain that baptism for remission of sins by submersion was taught by Christ, and that he commissioned his disciples to teach and baptize all Nations, teaching them to observe ALL things whatsoever I have commanded you.

It is further evident that the Apostles clearly understood the command by baptizing all converts in the name of Jesus christ, please study the book of Acts for clarification! Also the baptism of the Spirit and how they recieved it, is very clear as outlined in the book of Acts. If you believe the scriptures to be true, then they will speak for themselves.

So your saying baptism by immersion in water by the hands of man is a prerequisite for salvation? If so. How was anyone in the OT saved without baptism in water?

Aahh yes it is the Holy Spirit that worketh in us and lead us to repentance nothing from our selves.

Jesus cleanse us with His blood daily so that we can be blameless before a holy God :)

Peace.
