A video out of 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐠𝐨, 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐚 shows a physical altercation breaking out between a group of street preachers and a person dressed in women's clothing after the preachers began quoting scripture on homosexuality, including the story of Sodom and Gomorrah. In the clip, the confrontation escalates from shouting to physical contact, with one preacher repeatedly saying “𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘶𝘨 𝘮𝘦, 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘮𝘦” while trying to create distance. Police arrive and separate the parties, and one of the preachers is heard telling an officer, “𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘴.”
