... good for him, his future kids will live.

also she wasn't diagnosed with anything severe like what is being claimed. and had a lot of help and support. I think we should be sympathetic that she may have had some struggles sure. But that woman killed her children. And she admited to doing it, she needs to go to jail especially since she was not diagnosed with any psychosis.

That one man on the jury holding things up, GOD BLESS HIM.

I just saw today there was a copy cat murder of a mother who was obsessed with the case and hung her child who she thought was the anti Christ ... until this woman is deemed guilty there will be more copy cats 100%

I find it really sad that like it is controversial to say the truth, this woman who claims herself that she is guilty of this murder. like what the heck?!

But I also remember so many people who are women in control and good mothers often normalized calling their children little monsters that drive them insane, and insulting them their children in order to cope while giving them food or kisses ... I think subtle abuse of your children has always been tolerated. And i think embrasing intrusive thoughts or accepting them has always been encouraged. becuase there are a lot of mothers who say they wish they could kill their children or throw them out the window, but having thoughts like that especially frequently is NOT NORMAL. And I don't understand when it became normal?

I saw a whole scene in i thing Chicago md (a show) and it was supposed to be uplifting, saying it is normal for you to want to kill your kid when they are crying for too long, and then proceeded to tell this woman who put herself in the hospital because she felt like she was a harm to her child, to basically go home, and she was okay. (this episod came out years ago)

Like legit, if you as a christan man or I guess a woman as well. if your partner or spouse sympathized with Lindsay clancy ... would you stay with them? I would not stay with a man who went to say "well she was hormonal and that isn't her fault,"

there is s lot of chatter on social media ( you can decide how real it is), but there are a lot of guys saying they are breaking up with their girlfriends due to them supporting clancy.

Sadly, what is ignored by some here is that Lindsay Clancy tried to kill herself after she killed her children. She slit her throat and cut both wrists. Then, jumped head first out of her homes second story window.
She is now paralyzed from the waist down.

Which has nothing to do with anything. She had lots of support and help, yet she still CHOSE to brutally murder her three children with plenty of evidence that she PLANNED the murders. I literally don't give a crap what she did after she killed her children. She's not a victim.

The husband in this case is absolutely responsible for not being there for his wife and children.
He worked from home. He was there on a constant basis.
None of that makes him responsible. The husband was not charged with anything for a reason. Working from home is not a crime. It is up to you to make a guilt case for the husband, which you have not done. So it is your problem.
Lindsay's children, Cora 5, Dawson 3, and Callan 8 months.

Post Partum Depression can last for months or even years.
That diagnosis was cooked up after the fact by a paid-to-testify psychologist (Zeizel) who has done it before. Paid in both cases. Posted earlier and ignored, using soft science techniques more akin to voodoo as opposed to actual. Also benefiting pharma interests to drug women (there i used the word so that lame indictment is put to rest.) with their for-profit products. From my link above

And get this: he’s done this before.

Public court transcripts reveal he (Zeizel) evaluated Carlos Asencio—another high-profile Massachusetts defendant whose insanity defense relied heavily on post-event claims of “voices” directing him to commit acts of horrific violence. He elicits, records, and weighs post-event command narratives for a living.

Was Zeizel paid to testify in both cases?

Yes. Dr. Paul Zeizel was a retained defense expert in both cases and received compensation for that work.

In the Lindsay Clancy trial, he was hired by defense attorney Kevin Reddington, who called him the night of February 3, 2023. During cross-examination, prosecutors noted he was paid roughly $340,000 by the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) in fiscal year 2024 and about $300,000 in fiscal year 2025 at the fixed government rate for such experts.
The amounts not isolated to the Lindsay case. The magical male command voice

Eleven days after the event, Zeizel handed Lindsay his personal cell phone for a speakerphone call with her husband, during which she suddenly remembered a “male command voice” telling her to kill the children.
The magical male command voice was previously used in the Asencio case. Oh yeah, this is really credible.

Clancys were dual-income professionals living in a home purchased for half a million dollars, meaning an advantage most of us do not have. Lindsay an RN. No history of male command voices prior to the murder event. Killing her three children. All of a sudden, the male command voices come out, directing Lindsay to kill her children so they would be safe in heaven. Nonsense by a paid fellow who has a history of testifying on behalf of the defense using voodoo science. These guys can take the same set of facts and come to two different conclusions, all paid and we are supposed to believe it is all on the up and up. Yeah sure. Lindsay is not criminally responsible and is absolved because of the male voice in her head. The not criminally responsible part is the problem most of us have here.

So so scary, can't believe a human is capable of such a crime...... how distorted human has become.

See here is where I have the issue. I have a nephew who is 2 and a half. And I'm thinking how long it took her ... I can't. Cry just thinking about it. I heard that the little boy ran to his fathers office, if that is correct, that just blew my heart up.

Again I heard that she was a labor delivery nurse and had a nanny. And still was unable to cope? With the father working from home. I don't believe that she didn't know what she was doing when she killed her children or didn't know the consequences. She sent her husband away just long enough to do what she did. In his shock I don't know how he didn't kill her. But again, no one here is condoning murdering children.

Yeah, that's where I'm stuck. I don't believe she didn't know what she was doing or the consequences of her actions. That said I'm not judging others here either.
I agree. I get that she might have been depressed, going through a hard time, etc. Does that mean she didn't know that killing her children was wrong? On the contrary I think her attempted suicide was designed to punish her husband and killing the three kids was a big part of her "punishing him". I could be wrong, hence their may be some doubt, but "beyond all reasonable doubt" cannot refer to what is going on in a persons mind since we don't know and will always have reasonable doubt. The "beyond all reasonable doubt" has to be for the act of committing the crime. No one has any doubt that she killed the kids, the only doubt is about whether or not she knew it was wrong, and that will be true of every single criminal who commits a crime. If a jury is required to determine beyond a reasonable doubt what a criminal was thinking when they committed a crime before convicting them, then no one can be convicted of a crime.

I know, and I feel exactly the same. It is amazing he didn't kill her right on the spot. She chose to kill her own kids in a slow, painful, and horrifying way knowing they would see her as they died. This whole case is beyond sickening, from her actions and attitude to the slimy defense attorney. I'm not a lawyer and I could be wrong, but the judge and prosecutors seem weak in comparison and have made many mistakes. Is this incompetence by accident or orchestrated on purpose to make sure she gets off? It's a radical left state so who knows.

Whether it's men or women, I'm absolutely fed up with the "mental health" excuse slapped on everything. I don't care how depressed or hormonal or sad or 'psychotic' anyone claims to be, they do not have the right or excuse to take another life or commit crimes in general. Liberal judges need to be impeached immediately, and we need to apply real consequences to violent criminals. I'm way past done with all of this leftist soft-on-crime BS.

Also: Investigators really need to look into her work history and see if there were an unusual number of deaths while babies were in her care.

In related news, the leaders of the WNBA (Women's NBA) met to decide what a woman is, and were unable to come up with a definition. It seems to me if you can't define what a woman is you shouldn't be a commissioner of the Woman's NBA.

Anyone , male or female , that does serious harm to any child needs to b removed from society permenantly . Hospital or prison ? It doesn't matter , nothing will bring those poor children back . Just put her where she can't hurt anyone else , that's all that we can do now .

Like most areas controlled by libtards, Massachusetts' government is completely defunct. When a government downplays the severity of murder by eliminating the death penalty entirely, it's abandoning its chief responsibility. A functioning State ensures that it's people know that murder is unlawful and immoral; and that an exceptional scenario where someone doesn't know is rare, implausible, and only happens under the most extreme circumstances.

Michigan first banned executions at the beginning of the second industrial revolution... totally because of popular moral objections, and definitely not because the state and corporate interests wanted more people for the penal slavery systems from which they profited... because how could that totally not-manufactured moral superiority possibly be anything else at all, let alone a plot to increase profits and de-value labor across the board?

Massachusetts didn't officially ban the death penalty until 1984; but governors simply stopped signing death warrants in 1947. While penal labor is no longer allowed to compete in the market, it is used to sustain "public institutions", including Massachusetts' massive healthcare infrastructure.

I'm sensing a bad turn here and I think we need to be careful. Women, as a whole, are being lumped together as supporting this Mother. I don't personally. She knew what she was doing, in my opinion, she knew it was wrong. That being said I see some men might start acting out assuming all women support her. I don't see any woman here that supports the murder of children.

I don't have children of my own. I do have a family member facing something similar and I am worried that a certain person may see this woman and the attention she is getting and act out. So maybe that's why I see this thing differently. Children are helpless and it's up to us to keep them safe, especially when we see red flags.
This woman is guilty as charged.

I am a man. Change it to males as a whole, most males are puny, little skinny jeans pansies nowadays.

The males are turning female and the females think they are men.

Sorry to hurt peoples feelers but it is the way the world is rapidly turning.

She should have killed herself first. She carefully planned the circumstances leading up to her MURDERING her babies and was successful.

She must not have planned out her "suicide" as well as her MURDER plot........Or she also planned her "suicide" with the same precision she used to MURDER those babies.

She lives, all others DIE.

Looks like a test case for future relationships. Would you continue a relationship with a female who supported Lindsey's mental Illness claim for a psychiatric hospital stay as opposed to prison? Double Standard? Do women generally get off lightly when committing horrible crimes?

I think she was definitely mentally ill. But then most all murderers are. That's not a justification for her actions. She knew she was ill and she deliberately kept things from her doctors. She was clearly sane and sober enough to plan this out, fake suicide attempt wounds on her arms, and IMO the only thing she screwed up on was the jump from the window (she likely thought she'd end up with broken bones, probably not that she'd end up landing just right to get paralyzed), planned how long her husband would be out, answered her phone in between stranglings, etc.. Anyone trying to say she should be let free because of hormones, etc., yeah you should likely leave such a person in the dust. The ones either saying they know how she feels and making 'same, Lindsay' posts, or who are claiming the husband did it are even worse, and you should run, not walk, away from any relationship with them.

Not the act of a stable mind.

Reported or argued diagnoses in Lindsay Clancy’s case include:

  • Postpartum psychosis — her defense argued that she was experiencing this condition when her children died. Reports also state that she was never formally diagnosed with postpartum psychosis at the time. PBS1
  • Bipolar disorder — her defense reportedly argued that she had previously undiagnosed bipolar disorder or bipolar-spectrum illness. Yahoo
  • Postpartum depression, anxiety, or OCD — these conditions have been discussed in coverage of her symptoms and differential diagnosis, but they should not be treated as confirmed diagnoses unless supported by medical or court records. PBS2
The prosecution’s experts reportedly disputed the defense’s diagnosis and conclusions about her mental state. Thus, the most accurate wording is that postpartum psychosis and bipolar disorder were defense theories or reported possibilities, not universally established diagnoses.
I've seen the 'suicide wounds'. There's not a scar visible anywhere on her throat, and if it's anything like the tiny scratches she made on her arms, they're nothing but superficial wounds unlikely to cause any death.

I suspect that she did this, planned it, took the time to strangle them one by one while planning how long she had, then tried to fake a suicide attempt (and thought she'd only end up with broken bones instead of paralysis). The images of her arm wounds are what sealed it for me, they're the sort of fake looking ones you'd see on tv, but she was a literal nurse and would certainly know better (she did horizontal cuts instead of vertical ones which would be more likely to lead to death, and they were shallow). 1788820613231.png

She's not crazy, if she had cut deeper you don't know, she could have bled out before the EMT's arrived.
