The charge dates to 2002, and it was dismissed for unknown reasons; we know nothing about the incident details. This is interesting. i have not fact-checked this

Prosecutors claimed that Read hit O’Keefe with her car after dropping him off at a coworker's house for a party after a night of heavy drinking. O’Keefe was found lying in the snow outside the home in the early hours of the following morning....


In February 2015, she joked, “If my husband watches Greece one more time in the 35 years of our marriage, then ‘bang didi bang, I’ll be on Discovery ID.’”

In 2023, Farina shared an Instagram post that read, “Remember, if you bury a body, cover it with endangered plants so it’s illegal to dig up. Follow me for more gardening tips!”

We’ve got one Einstein here that says merely having a restraining order should disqualify a person from jury duty. Never mind that it’s easy to get one against anyone for virtually any reason. You just have to judge shop.

I would MUCH rather we dig into every “Karen” to see if she has a complaint against her, she would be disqualified!

These sick people wouldn’t be saying a dang thing about the holdout juror if he voted to acquit this child murdering “mother”.

Feel very free to conduct a little experiment and see what it is like to walk in someone else's shoes, you can try all those medications within a four month period, without correct tapering and see how it scrambles your brain.

If you see someone, someday, in your immediate circle with a mental health crisis, which can happen to anyone, even a Christian ( the brain is a very complex organ) I hope you will repent of your cruel and crude perception.

Also, please find a post where I stated she should be found not guilty and walk free. not guilty by reason of insanity is the correct finding if we examine all the evidence and testimony.

She had not motive, no history of abusing the children, no history of mental illness prior to the trip down medication lane.

What is important, is if anyone lied on the form, supposedly these forms are destroyed at the conclusion of the trial and all legal appeals are resolved.

Some lawyers are saying that fact he made it through the "voir dire" without being being struck is an indication he lied on the questionnaire.:unsure:

It would also seem that under Massachusetts law convictions older than seven years does not disqualify a person.

It is very common for the media to discuss jurors after high-profile trials.
There's historical precedent all over the place going back to the OJ trial.

She deserves to be publicly executed to make an example out of her against the impudent faces of all the evil women and their simps in Mystery Babylon, but if her husband be weak and merciful perhaps just life in prison and a hard sentence and confinement at that to make an example out of Athaliah and her entire shameful generation. Take her forth out of the holy ranges and either put her to death or put her away forever into a dark hole like where she killed the rightful sons, and harshly treat her before the face of the public of the whole world, and break the evil spirit of the evil fools of the evil generations of the evil women and their evil simp men that enable them. She needs to be in a mental hospital or prison FOR LIFE......With people WATCHING.

If I killed three babies.......I sure hope I would be walking in prison shoes.

Mental lapse, mental issues, hormone issues.........I need prison shoes for life. If I am capable of killing 3 children, I might do it again.

Just blame my wife and doctors for retriggering my homicidal tendencies and I can go back to my flip-flops and the beach.

Will not accept murdered kids as collateral damage so females can have their way. Esp in an open-and-shut murder case, and all the hogwash used and accepted by the leincy crowd to deny justice for the three murdered children specifically and civilized society at large.

But if acquitted on insanity, Lindsay was never guaranteed to go to a psych ward forever. People need to understand it’s an ACQUITTAL by reason of insanity—acquittal being the operative word, meaning the state cannot automatically keep someone locked away forever. Massachusetts places a high burden on the Commonwealth in these cases not only during trial—but also during each periodic recommitment, where the Commonwealth would have to continually prove on a yearly basis that releasing Lindsay would pose a danger and also that there’s not a less restrictive facility she could be held in.

If Lindsay is ever acquitted as not criminally responsible, there’s a high likelihood she will go free in this lifetime given the burden of proof Massachusetts requires to keep someone locked up. Additionally, it should be considered that Lindsay has a medical background and knows how to tell people what they want to hear. She’s also in a wheelchair which makes her seem more sympathetic and less threatening. She also WANTS to be free and clearly envisions a life for herself outside of lockup.

Lastly, if you even remotely blame the medical industry for her crimes, you cannot then reasonably turn around and trust that same medical industry to properly evaluate her moving forward and correctly assess whether or not she needs to remain locked up.

It’s very telling that this juror doesn’t want Lindsay to not face charges again but was still ready to acquit her.

This still seems to me like a case of misguided empathy. It’s hard to wrap your head around wanting to acquit someone but then “not feeling good” at the prospect of a judge acquitting her and throwing out the case.

Yes, let's restructure the USA into a theocracy.

Two witnesses: At least two eyewitnesses had to see the actual crime take place. Circumstantial evidence or a confession alone was not enough.

If you want to return to pre- NT times this man can assist you on your learning journey, maybe you can start a movement.
