Jas 2:10-12
10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. 11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. 12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.
Jesus, our perfect example, consistently observed the seventh-day Sabbath. He did not come to abolish the law but to fulfill it, asserting that not even the smallest mark would pass from the law while heaven and earth remain.
it was His Custom: It was His regular practice to worship on the Sabbath day Luke 4:16.
He clarified that the Sabbath was made for the benefit of all humanity, not just one nation Mark 2:27.
Joh 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
Mat 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
When speaking of the destruction of Jerusalem (which occurred decades after His resurrection), He instructed His followers to pray that their flight would not be on the Sabbath day, showing His expectation of its continued sacredness
Following the resurrection, the apostles continued to recognize and observe the seventh-day Sabbath as the day for worship and preaching the Word of God.
