God's Last warning Message

The Bible says that the harvest is the end of the world
Matthew 13:39
(39) The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

Revelation 14 makes mention of the harvest
Revelation 14:15
(15) And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.

There are 3 angels just before this that give messages which because it is just before the harvest then it is God's Last warning message to the world.

(6) And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
(7) Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
(8) And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
(9) And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
(10) The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
(11) And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
(12) Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.


God's last warning message points us to keep the commandments while the Babylonian system will try to lead people away from the commandments by force if necessary.
Revelation 13:15-17
(15) And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
(16) And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
(17) And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

God's people will need to live by faith and this verse
Matthew 4:4
(4) But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Interesting post lao, often, when I have considered what lays ahead, and even now, I see faith, hope and love, as that which will last and bring all that sustains us in Jesus.
PS, also His word set upon our hearts, but the streangth to keep and know His word will come through faith.

When these things take place uponIsrael and the people of the earth (the children of disobedience), the church and body of Christ (the bride) will not be here for any of it, except for some of the persecution and tribulation that comes upon the church just prior to it being raised and caught away. The church will not be a partaker of any of God's plan for the nation of Israel or the other inhabitants of the earth during the time of the tribulation that is coming upon the earth. God will raise up 12,000 from each of the 12 tribes of the children of Israel that will follow the Lamb and have the testimony of Christ. They will be the testimony of Christ, not the church.

Matthew 13:39 This is that little word that can make all the difference to our understanding, world is not Kosmos,... but Age. "aion" does it matter? Well lets see.
The very next verse says:
Mat 13:40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. "Age"

I believe all these things took place in our Lord during His Crucifixtion and Ressurection
While He became Judgment for our sin, and not only ours but for the sin of the whole
World. The end of Satan, The Babylon system, all those things that as you say will try
to take us away from the Faith. But knowing He has accomplished this things already,
for He said fear not for I have overcome the World, we can now rest in His works.


Mat 25:8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
Mat 25:9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

Question: who bought and sold at the time this was spoken?
Remember the turning over of the tables in the Temple?
Mat 21:12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,

Mat 25:10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

Revelation has not been fulfilled. Events in Revelation are still future.

I have read it in context many times, and to me it is clearly talking about the end of that age, to the Jews.
And what was about to take place because they did not receive their Messiah. There house was left unto
them desolate.

And you can deny it if you want to but the word for world in this passage of scripture says Age.
Now who has a closed mind?

1. Christ has not reigned since the first century. Far from it. Anyone who thinks Christ is reigning today with all the evil in the world I would question what they are thinking. When Christ reigns he will take an active role in society (all of it). he is not doing that now. he is patient allowing evil to go its course. This will not happen when he reigns.
2. I will have to check the 1000 year thingy when I get home by looking in the greek.
3. OT prophets prophesied of Christ setting up a literal kingdom on earth, with Christ reigning on the throne of David. His people (isreal) living in their land in peace. and the people who enslaved his people because of her sin, being under his rule, This has not happened yet.
4. Rev prophesies that at the end of the 1000 years. Another war will be attempted to break out. But God will destroy it before it even gets started. That is when 1 cor 15 will be fulfilled.
