If I were you I'd pay attention at your next family reunion. There may a famous American actor that walks up to you and introduces himself as your cousin.

hey dude, this is digging the hole deeper think about what you just said

"Even if it is the Holy Spirit, it's wrong.

Wrong as in crazy and out of order."

dude the Holy Spirit is God, you just stated that God was wrong!!!!!!

I don't know how you or your church worships but I was raised in A quiet church, then when I got older I went to a Chruch where they said Amen while the preacher was preaching , I like it, I started to do it , when I went to my brother's Chruch which was a quiet Church, I said amen, every body turned and looked at me like I was out of order. and perhaps I was for that Church. Then I went to a pentecostal Church , wow I liked it those folks really knew how to praise God, and I am not saying that either Church was not of God, but the quiet Church would tell me that the praising Church would not be of God, so I think again that the church itself should determine what is in order for their church, and for you to judge another church for the way they worship is wrong as well as to say that the Holy Spirit is wrong, that is really scarey dude I hope you would rethink this last statement. maybe I am taking it wrong I pray this is so. but please reconsider this or clarify it a little for us. it's not about you or me Dude it is about God

disorderly conduct was about people speaking over the top of one another. Particularly the rowdy prophets. Let them speak one by one. Doesn't mean there aren't proper times for expressing emotions, laughter, shouting , dancing etc.

Hmm well BLC, good question.

There are only three possibilities:

1. The Holy Spirit

2. demonic spirits

3. misled people getting all worked up psychologically

Well we know it's not #1, right!?

So I don't know BLC, either #2 or #3 or some combination! What say ye? :)
I totally agree with this statement, it's not the Holy Spirit!! I don't know what it is, but certainly not the Holy Spirit.

It ain't biblical so I do know it's not the Holy Spirit, where do u find in the Bible anything compared to so called "holy laughter"? When I said I don't know what it is I meant it could be demonic, self induced, mass hysteria or a mixture of all these things.

It is not the Holy Spirit. Even if one cannot explain exactly what it is, we can know that it is not the Holy Spirit.

Those who practice the holy laughter cannot find Biblical authority for it either by express statement or approved precedent.

Those who practice the holy laughter are know to teach much false doctrine.

Self-induced hysteria even at the mass level is not unheard of.

So you know more than the very discilpes that were eye witnesses and the very ones that participated. not everything that was done was recorded, Joh 21:25And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.
do you think that the Holy Spirit would tell a person to lay on top of a dead person not just once but three times but Elijah did it , do you think that the Holy Ghost would tell someone to rub dirt and spit on someone's face But Jesus did it. do you think that the Holy Spirit would tell you to rub dung ( poo poo ) in someone' face But God said He would

1ki 17:21And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray thee, let this child's soul come into him again.1ki 17:22And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.

Mal 2:3Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.Mal 2:4And ye shall know that I have sent this commandment unto you, that my covenant might be with Levi, saith the LORD of hosts.

Joh 9:6When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,

I am not saying that these things are wrong but who would have guess that God would work this way or tell people to do things like this. you are saying that you know God wouldn't do things like these , but actually the truth is You don't know how God works because
Isa 55:8For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.Isa 55:9For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

But here are some verses I would like to have you explain .

Isa 29:9Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink.Isa 29:10For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered.
they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink. what were they drunk on if not wine or why do they stagger if not of strong drink. For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit , I believe this would also cover being slane in the spirit

Ps 126:2Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them.Ps 126:3The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

Thaddeaus,

The dung in the face was a judgment not a blessing!?!?!?

There is no Word from God about this "holy laughter". The ones practicing are known to hold to other false doctrine.

I never said it was a blessing, rather but would one think that God would work this way??

Yes I like it too. The ones saying "that cannot be the Holy Spirit" don't have a clue!. As if they would know what God can or cannot , would or would not do. God has given me holy laughter a couple of times. No mass hysteria, no brain washing, no devils. Well if you don't know how to laugh here on earth, you gonna get a shock when you encounter the glory and bliss of heaven.

Re 8:1And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.
i always wonder why the 30 minute silence in heaven, I guess it is for those that like it quiet, but for the rest of eternity, I am going to be making some noise
