Darkvoid, I must ask you a few questions. If you built a robot to clean your house or just to do some specific thing for you, but then when you made it, it did nothing you wanted it to do, would you be wrong for throwing the robot in the trash? You made it. If EVERYONE is guilty before God because we have fallen short of his glory and became pro-sin, would he be wrong to say, I'm going to justify you and a multitude of people? I mean we're all guilty anyway. If you make something for yourself then its for you right? Well God made all creation by him for him. We're all broken and seperated from God and those who love him only do because he first loved him. You are saying that the true God is wrong, and are only revealing that you imagine how God should be on your standards. We can't be saved by our works our "living right" because we have fallen short and our best deed is only good as a filthy rag. You can feed a million people without Christ, and thats like rubbing a dish rag in mud to wash dishes. Those plates won't be clean. Just seek him, get to know him, Don't let your imagination run you from the living God. I'm not taking a shot at you by no means. I hope you can see that God is not guilty for saving his people for himself. Run to Christ, he is mighty to save.
It was great. Went a friends house to a seafood boil. I was going to try crawfish for the first time. Picked one up. Looked at the itty bitty thing, and felt so sorry for it. I couldn't bring myself to ripping it in half and sucking the head out(thats how you eat them)...although I was not that compassionate towards the shrimp... THEY WERE GOOD!
I don't really think DarkVoid was being a troll. Just because someone raises questions about our faith and his and disagrees with things that we believe doesn't automatically mean he's trolling.

Read the bible and test what it says, if you can. That is how truth is discovered.
If you are not reading the bible you aren't really seeking truth.
Then, if you read about things that don't make sense or don't seem true to you, you can come back and ask questions about them.

Of course abortion is murder. Kind of obvious.
It would be considered murder if the father killed the fetus without the mothers consent. Everyone would be in an uproar over that. I'm not sure how the law would handle that one seeing how it would have to be hypocritical in prosecuting it.
It's funny how people say discrimination is bad. But what they really mean is that they only want you to discriminate against what they discriminate against and you must never discriminate against what they dont...
But let the mother kill the fetus without the fathers consent and not many care about that. It becomes a philosophical discussion...

also, i don't see abortion as "cool", i just don't have a problem with it.
and this is a christian site, where else am i supposed to talk with christians about their god? I will state my thoughts about your god but i do try to keep it respectful (no insults) but i have already been insulted multiple times...

That could be a problem then, you see for the majority of people here, they do care what people think. We believe in the Bible and all it contains, the revelation of God to us through His Word. As we see this, we see Christ. We care very much and do not want to offend. So posting such a post, well, it will offend some. Were you looking to learn what Christians believe? because this is Christian Chat? clue there. But, even then, some Christians due believe abortion is OK. For me, and many others, abortion is the killing of an unborn child. This in itself is so difficult to state as I know many people who love Jesus who will read that and be so distraught, this is not easy. Many Christians have had abortions, its made by man into such a very complex issue. Its a contentious question but to God....not complex. For God, and for me, abortion is the killing, the taking of an unborn babies life. The baby is often referred to as a fetus...less upsetting? but it is a baby and from the moment it is formed, as the cells divide from 2 to 4, it is life. God gives ALL life and tells me He knows every hair on my head, He knows me as I was knitted together in my mothers womb. This is very hard for many to accept and I understand how it can be impossible if you are not a believer, saved by Jesus Christ, who died on the cross. We want to be in control, we want to say when life is given and taken away. But God says no. So, the answer is not difficult. Abortion is murder, it is killing BUT so is holding hatred in our hearts, being hateful to another. The latter is as murder. I do not think any of us are free from that accusation? so lets not focus on abortion....lets not be so cruel and think, well I am ok, I have not done that! Let us instead just accept our sinful natures and focus on learning about Gods Will, His freedom and how He wants us to be blessed, through the acceptance of our sinfulness and how we can all be free through our genuine repentance. We can lay it all down at the foot of the cross and be free!! How amazing is that? Bless you, in His name, <><

If the developing little blob of soon-to-be human embryo has a soul at the time of the abortion, it is murder to have an abortion. When exactly that is is surely debatable, and I have no idea.
But honestly, it's hard for me to be sad when I hear about them, because heaven is a lot better than cruel life on earth.
