March 23rd, mark of the beast?

Anyone ever heard of the seal of God?

Revelation 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.

Revelation 9:4 [SUP]4 [/SUP]And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.


This seal is the obvious opposite of the best. How many of you have a LITERAL seal of God on your forehead? The the mark of the beast is physical then so is the seal of God. IF none of you have a literal seal then what does that say?

How about anything you gotta take in your hand or forehead to buy and sell with......just reject it? Problem solved....Chips, tatoo's, whatever form it takes.

The Mark of the Beast is instituted by the False Prophet who appears to society after the Antichrist. Neither are here yet. So I don't see why anyone need be worried.

It's march 23. Not microchips. No mark. Nothing.

So do I need to discuss false prophecies and how we shouldn't believe everything we read?

LOL TY Elizabeth...I have been holding my tongue on this thread for 5 pages. So glad someone else made the comment. lol Now I will ask...what is the "best" mark I can hope for? I think the problem was the "mark of the best" (as this thread is titled) is scheduled for March 23rd 2019...the mark of the "beast" on the other hand,well...that's an entirely different can of worms. LOL:rolleyes: Selah

Chalk this up to another in the long line of failed predictions?

I'm sure those who live off of the latest "revelation" and "prediction" have long forgotten this one, and they're now focussed on the next "prediction".

It's unfortunate they don't slow down and take inventory, and realize the long string of failed predictions they have clung to. It might save them all this anticipation only to be met with NOTHING.

I'm not scholar or rocket scientist,but wouldn't simple logic dictate,that if we are busy doing the Lord's work & mindful of what he's called each of us to to & together as the body,we'll be "aware" of when stuff goes down,like marks of the beast,anti-christ sightings & general apocalyptic-a-paloozas???? Just sayin'.:)

It's the 23rd of March. I've had no goons knocking on my door. Well, I did have a Jehovah's Witness but he wasn't goon-like. He was more...men-in-black like. Nothing on my hands or forehead. To get to the point, people need to stop taking Revelation so literal. It was a DREAM. I'm not saying the dream means nothing. I am saying the dream has symbols which are completely ambiguous and can mean a totally different amount of things. It was also written only in a form that persecuted Christians would understand in THAT time. The purpose of Revelation was not to get people worried about the end of the age and trying to decode everything; it was meant to give Christians a hope for a future and that Christ has already won the victory! Stop using the book for a purpose that it wasn't even written for in the first place! *pet peeve rant*

I took momma to the doctor yesterday. Her doctor and I were talking and I mentioned the chip. She looked at me funny and said "what on earth is a microchip!?" I started laughing. I explained to her the conspiracy theory and she said that it was insane. Of course now that I told her about it she suggested I see a psichiatrist(jokingly of course).

I think we need a forum where we can make intentionally false, outrageous, and obnoxious predictions about stuff. Some may say..well that's offensive. Of course those same people aren't offended by the same folks who fail them in prediction after prediction.

Reading this thread makes me wonder if some people realise there are technologically advanced civilisations with billions of people outside of North America.

The so called mark is not an exclusive American thing, its going to be a world wide event implemented by the world ruler AKA the AntiChrist aka The Beast and his henchman the false prophet. Do we see this person now? Is the world ruled over by the single person? No. The chip is old technology anyway, its been around for over a decade now. biometrics is the new thing to look at. circuits made out of bio matter and microprocessors which can be grown into the skin, thats the end plan anyway.

Latest technology has always been declared to be the choice of the Mark. For example , end of WWII we saw concentration camps opened up and the inmates all tattooed with their own number, that was going to be the mark, then we have bar code technology, so the numbers are now replaced with bar codes, and skipping onwards, the chip.

Nothing wrong with speculating, but its foolish to get worked up into a paraniod frenzy that we are all going to be given the mark without us knowing. Use some common sense and learn the events of the Tribulation. The mark is either going to be a complete spiritual supernatural mark, or combination of both, thats why those who take the mark are going to get full wrath of God, as the spiritual and even physical change from 100% human to having part spiritual change, is a corruption of Gods creation. THere is a strong theory to say that the mark will change us from humans into hybrid humans with supernatural abilities, that would really anger God, But thats another thread.
