There are several I'd
Love to get .. But then I look down the road each time thinking " am I really going to want this when I'm 80?"
I've yet to answer myself .. And yet to do it ..
Think if I ever got one it would be on my ring finger .. Sometimg in Hebrew writing
Then I think again " will it spell the same thing when I am 80?".. Hmmm
The trick is to choose the prime real estate. Guys don't have to be QUITE as careful with this.....but in the end gravity will have its way with just about everyone and it will treat its female victims most cruelly. Anything that is harder to get fattened up because there's just less skin to spare.....thats ideal. Outer extremities are usually safe....elbows and knees down. My back one is upper back. Pretty sure that usually doesn't go too far. If you don't go for super fine detail it should still look like what its supposed to years down the road. Ink is better than it used to be. Less "bleeding" of the lines and whatnot

Back when I was young & dumb & full of vinegar (not I'm just not young?) I researched tattoos a little. In TX it's regulated by the health department, and there is a "no no line" on the extremities (slightly above the wrist down, slightly above the ankle, down, neck up) that is supposed to be and often is not respected. ...but would you trust someone that will give you an "illegal" tat? Also, I found it Veeeery odd that the ink used had Zero regulation.
"Hey Hank, I found some Big Orange Drums your dad brought back from Nam! Bet this would make some sweet University of Texas Orange tattoos! Why's it say Agent on the side?"

Safe or not, Luminescent Pigment Tattoos are awesome.
