I think that this place is acceptable among others.
I know of a woman in her 50s. She was happily married but widowed a number of years back. She was a regular church attender but was just not finding anyone there. She was met with a lot of resistance in online Christian chat; not only by many in chat that told her it was not the place, but by friends and family that told her the same.
Anyways, despite the constant persecution, she met her husband and they have been happily married for 10 years now. She would be the first to tell you to expect a lot of resistance online from other people that will seek to discourage you, yet do not be discouraged. Trust in God's leading.
I think you are doing well by looking in places that are gatherings of believers. This shows that is important to you that you find a wife that diligently seeks the Lord.

Except that the site owner has expressed that he does not want the site to be treated as a dating site. Sure, things happen, relationships happen, and he understands that. But he doesn't want people coming on here with the intent to find a relationship. There are dating sites for that. And most women on this site are very guarded against the men hitting on them to begin with. So its actually pretty difficult to get anything going with a woman on this site to begin with.

It is mostly considered a shameful thing to openly seek a mate in nations that are so filled with fornication and adultery and you will be met with a lot of resistance in your search in those places. You will find more people seeking dates; not mates.
I would recommend trying Uganda, especially among the Malawi people. I have a friend that just moved back there and a lot of friends that have spent a lot of time there. I will be going there soon myself.
By the way, I have a friend visiting from Nigeria named Isaac. He has been a very encouraging brother in Christ. Maybe you know him. Chances are you don't, but stranger things have happened. There are no coincidences.
