Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese is one of my favourite meals. Oh my and the cheese...it must have tasted superb.

It really did. Had a bit of red wine in the sauce too just for a little bit of a deeper flavour. I simmered the sauce for an hour and a bit before browning and adding the meat. I'm gonna try making the sauce in a slow cooker. Low and slow will bring out all the flavours. I
