So yep, her wrist and neck wounds were not deep at all for someone committing suicide. Her actual injuries came from her jump/fall off the second story (which itself is usually not fatal), and likely she did not expect to paralyze herself. She likely thought she'd be able to bust a bone or two...

I've seen the 'suicide wounds'. There's not a scar visible anywhere on her throat, and if it's anything like the tiny scratches she made on her arms, they're nothing but superficial wounds unlikely to cause any death. I suspect that she did this, planned it, took the time to strangle them one...

I think she was definitely mentally ill. But then most all murderers are. That's not a justification for her actions. She knew she was ill and she deliberately kept things from her doctors. She was clearly sane and sober enough to plan this out, fake suicide attempt wounds on her arms, and...
