I was taught that "a man chases a woman until she catches him". In some ways that was true of me and my ex wife. I pursued her for 3 years till she finally noticed and we were married 5 months later. Can't say that was the best path since she divorced me 10 years later with some very confusing...

I disagree that they are less interested in sex. The current young adult population in general are much too interested in sex and see it as just a social recreation with no value or meaning to it. Even within many churches this general attitude seeps in.
