I am a Chrisitan that has been an avid practicer for a long time. Recently, I started to incorporate the practice of gratitude in my daily life. Doing so has become so beneficial to my spiritual, emotional, and even physical well being I wanted to share it with others. I created a site that sends out a text every morning of what I am grateful for in, hope to get you to think about what you are grateful for. Maybe, you can send a text back letting me know =)
