i'm into....'"regular"'...exercise with meditations (like yoga)...reading then meditations on the Bible...having walks consisting enjoyment of music, atmosphere and talking with God within... nightly readings, sometimes morning readings. I don't recite and such. I find my spot in the bible and work with it. occasionally I'll desire to continue where I left off in the bible and stop. I hope to recite a couple verses more before I perish and also get through some chapters where i'm lacking as well. i'm on here to learn.
