its working i think it has something to do with having windows updated with all system updates. then troubleshoot compatibility. then use recommended settings. thx for your help.

i was wrong reinstalled computer now wont work again. last time tried troubleshooting whitch fixed now no

change to xp service pack 2 fixed

whenever I open Cc app on pc the feedback I get is connection problem! That I should check my wifi/data connection then try again whereas my network is working fine only Cc not working, I don't know why? please help my computer doesnt have wifi also the speed is fine
