I am a homebound 78 year-old retired Language Arts teacher and lifelong 'hobbiest' writer of poetry who underwent open heart surgery roughly 2 years ago and, during recovery, began writing Christian Song lyrics to honor God and to encourage my fellow Christians out of a deep sense of gratitude and a simple desire to give something back.
