Hi, I'm a recent convert to Christianity (yet to be baptised). I've researched a few religions and even become an atheist for a while which failed because I couldn't stop believing in God no matter how much I tried to convince myself of His non-existence. I've now reached the point where I've accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour even though I still have doubts because my having doubts isn't a good enough reason to not believe in him. I haven't joined a church, it's something I'm looking into and I am having a difficult time knowing which sect of Christianity is actually authentic to Jesus. I want to find a Christian community I can grow my faith with and worship with as this has been one of my mistakes in the past trying to be Christian by myself, so when I had doubts it was easier for them to win.

I love writing and reading and all things history, I like researching different cultures and the way people move in the world, I am an author I've co-self-published two books that have my short stories and poems but I want to do more in the future.
