Yep, sounds like my father, we call what he ate a "poor mans diet". Baloney was poor mans steak. Not a huge fan of baloney myself. Just putting it out there but have you ever had or heard of a poke cake? It's my hubby's favorite type of cake, other than carrot cake.

I'm not "fond" of Calvin because of who he was in his personal life. But that aside, he had a fundamental misunderstanding of who God is. No understanding of His character in the least.
