Messiah Christ Anointed Hebrew Greek English

Jesus was with God from the beginning. Elohim & YHWH, Father and Son, God and the Word, doesn't really matter what name is used, it is the same. No trinity.

Where it becomes problematic and somewhat interesting is how a couple verses in the NT are used out of context. Which happens way to often.

Most scholars date the Gospel of Matthew to about 80–90 CE, though proposed dates range from roughly 70–100 CE. It was probably written after the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple in 70 CE, and it appears to draw on the earlier Gospel of Mark. Mark also seems to be written from Peters...

Is Knowledge of the Original Languages Necessary for KJV Believers?

Yes, in my opinion the ability to translate ancient text will open eyes. It is especially easy today and I actually encourage studying thru translation.

A key question is what Paul meant by “all Scripture.” In its immediate historical setting, Timothy’s “sacred writings” primarily referred to the Jewish Scriptures—the Old Testament—because the New Testament collection did not yet exist. That does not prevent Christians from applying the...

Who wrote the book of Matthew? An unnamed author? Written after the temple destruction, post 70AD? CHRISTIAN TRADITION says Mark, but who wrote Mark another unnamed author that is attributed to Peters Preaching. I don't say these things lightly, but inquiring minds would like to know.

    More about Israel.

Galatians 3:16 Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as referring to many, but as referring to one: “And to your seed”—who is Christ. This already exists and Jesus is simply pointing it out to those that have not been taught or forgot.

That method has cased errors because using Gregorian back into the Julian time frame is highly unlikely. Thus why scholars struggle with when Jesus was born, as an example.

looking for help reconciling the Sabbath with common observation?

I prefer translating from the original source language (when possible). This method becomes significantly more enlightening than any of the modern English bibles can. IMO

    More about Israel.

Did Gentiles need to become members of Israel's covenant community, or could they participate in God's promises without assuming every obligation of the Mosaic covenant?
