Ive noticed that a lot of the same people are in every single post. Im just curious if most of you have jobs or hobbies or a life? I say that out of nice-ness, I really do. I honestly feel concerned that this website is most of peoples lives. That this website is where most of their friends are, behind a computer screen. I know theres a lot of websites where people do the same thing and its no different than the people who play video games all day long either, but I want to ask SOME QUESTIONS...

If you could go without this website for 1 week, could you do it without a problem?
Or would you be have withdrawls?

I think a lot of our problems these days is we forget how to be social with the real world. We easily pick up our phones when we are standing in line or waiting on something. We pick up our phones and go straight to facebook (which I don't have on my phone for that reason).

When I see the same people every time I come on this website post over and over and over, I honestly in my heart feel concerned that they arnt out living life to the fullest. They arnt being an example in the world and sharing others of Jesus. Im not saying you cant help people behind a screen, but what about others out in the world? What about the ones who don't have access or the ones who need a hand or a listening ear face to face?

Now Im sure this is going to strike a nerve to some people and I honestly think it will be the people that this topic is referring too. Like I mentioned before, its not supposed to be mean, but I am being straight-forward.

I have thought of this for awhile now, but now I think is a good time for me to mention this and get your in-put.
Lots of people visit here daily and some of us take breaks for awhile and come back. Fellowship with other Christians everyday is a good thing.

you have a habit of adding "t"'s to words........... it's 'PUTER........not putter.........notice the " ' " in front of the " p " denoting a shortening of a word.................

'PUTER...............com is too much to type at one time.
Now I am really a bumfuzzled Blond......shortening goes in pie crust.....my recipe says so....you don't use shortening on a computer.....Pie Elephant Pie.....we're talking food here fried peach pie.....shortening.....not computers.....got it?

Rach,
Truthfully, those things are great... and I've done all of them, and probably hundreds more, but sometimes just sitting on a park bench, talking is so much better when the bones start to ache. This is our park bench.

Maybe its age thing? Maybe its just a winter thing...but what is good for some is not good others, and us older folks have climbed a few hills ...and there is always more hills. But when a person can be content is says a lot about where they are with the Lord.

That's another thing.... when the memory starts to go, you get to experience "new" things every day.... even if it IS for the 17th time this week.

I had to listen to the same story, at least three times a day when my grandmother was old and she came for a visit. Irritating at that stage but funny when I think back about it
