So,
As some of you know I am currently at volleyball tryouts. (I also gained some new injuries lol)
Tomorrow night is what we call intensity night. Basically a lot of excersizes. We are not aloud to quit and they are testing how much of it we can take.
None of the girls are looking fowars to it because those who have done it know how miserable it is (haha)
I am a bit nervous for it, and don't have much confidence that I can make it very long without giving up and that my body is going to force me to give up.
Please if you could post some encouragement (Bible verses, prayers, just your own words or experiences)
This is a little different than my regular threads but we'll try it out lol.
Thank you so much and have a blessed day!

Hello Natania
Go and do your best girl. We love you no matter what and you never know you may be stronger than you think.

So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7

Hello,

1 Corinthians 1:27

But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.

Part of Luke 16:15

that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

Part of 2 Corinthians 12:9

I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

James 3:2

We all stumble in many ways. Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check.

Eagerness for victory, rivalry, envy, love of display, vainglory, revelry; buffoonery, foolish talking, boisterous laughter, clamour, talkativeness, perversions of the right, laxness in judgment, ostentation, pompousness, boasting of family, of beauty, of position, of wealth.

Part of Philippians 3:19

their glory is in their shame. Their mind is set on earthly things.

Titus 3:14

Our people must learn to devote themselves to doing what is good, in order to provide for urgent needs and not live unproductive lives.

Luke 7:

31 "What can I compare today's people to?" Jesus asked. "What are they like?
32 They are like children sitting in the market place and calling out to each other. They say, "'We played a flute for you. But you didn't dance. We sang a funeral song. But you didn't cry.'

Part of Matthew 20:28

did not come to be served, but to serve

A way to look at Matthew 7:12

So in everything, do/say to others what you would have them do/say to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

I'm willing to answer any questions you may have.

You're welcome.

What may you judge after comparing the parts of a Bible you may look at below ?

Psalm 119:51

The arrogant mock me unmercifully, but I do not turn from your law.

A translation of Philippians 2:4

not looking to your own advantage only but each of you to the advantage of the others

Part of Matthew 5:44

love your enemies

Part of Ecclesiastes 3:7

a time to be silent and a time to speak,

Part of 1 Peter 3:9

Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult.

Part of Acts 26:14

It is hard for you to kick against the goads.'

Words like goads, metaphorical/talking in similarity.

Proverbs 26:

18 Like a maniac shooting flaming arrows of death
19 is one who deceives their neighbor and says, "I was only joking!

Do you want to share your experience in Kindness. Are you willing to share your experience of using Matthew 7:12 ? ?
