Hi goodafternoon Ruby123 (from here in London England.)Awwww thanks so much for appreciating my art work..I use to have loads but kinda ran outta space..so Painted over some with other stuff...I also got into modern art too..(that visually weird kinda looking art..😊😊)..You are such a blessing..
Ok so you used to painting and drawing quite a bit...but that desire has kind gone.Well to give you a clear perspective I can tell you this..
The technical skill of being able to draw and paint is often a separate element all by itself that you can tap into...let's say it like a nice car just parked on the road
The actual desire to draw and paint is what gets the car moving..the desire it the driving force behind the moving car.
The fact that you can draw and paint means your artist ability hasn't left you...its still there inside you..
The desire hasnt actually left you.. it just dormant or asleep..The fact that you appreciate my art and asked the question means you have the desire to do something but it's a case of how?
What can help you tap into you artistic side..just get urself a small note book and pen..and just whenever something you see that you like just draw a very basic pencil sketch of it..don't get hung up about it looking brilliant ect..just a 1min sketch of some sort...and occassionally look at the world around you..shapes,forms,colours and thing how would you paint/draw then..
This helps you recapture that sense of expressing your artistic side..which slowly begins to wake up again..
Then one day give yourself a mini painting/drawing project to do to bless yourself..nothing too long and laborious..
it could be anything...paint or draw ur slippers, a door anything u feel like doing..I Would love to see it and would most definitely bless you with comments.
(oops didn't plan on such a long message to you.πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘)
Greetings Encouragement from Aus.
Yes I will attempt something, maybe I won't post it though lol.
Thanks for the encouraging words. If there is another lockdown, I think I will definately try it again.

Oh thanks Mak. I will sit down one day and attempt it again. I guess I am just not in the mood for it right now. Are you the person who posted the miniatures? I think they are amazing.
Yes thanks 😊

HI SoulWeaver as always i appreciate your comments.
Yes at the time i was getting used to trying to paint with warm/cold colours that would create an atmosphere....this was the kinda early stages of experimentation..
Maybe there is a real place that looks like this with the same old small derelict building by the waters edge...🏞🏜😊

The gold leaf cover was actually made from cheap medium sized table mats I had brough In a store. There is one of them lying behind the book.😏

As you can see the names here...just thousands and thousands of names.Just a prop to give a visual example of what such a book may look like..listen names of millions of believers...and one day this book will be opened and many names will be there...many names wont be list there..😒

Hi Mak33..my goodness you had to memorize the various muscle groups...They are all Latin and can be so complext....well done to you then coz I found even the tiniest of muscular ligaments having a name a long as my back bone..🀣🀣🀣🀣
That's an interesting method of having a glass table with a lamp underneath to illuminate the illustration so that you can trace it...πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ».So seeing my sketches must of brought back a few memories for you..😊😊😊😊
lol yes very complex names, funny as it may seem but it does bring back memories! But well done on your sketches!

Hi yes it makes me wander watching through the persons mind When they called muscles in the upper arm
"Deltoid,Biseps brachii,Triceps Brachii and Brachiora Dailis?"..πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€ͺπŸ€ͺ
Why not just call then big muscle, flat arm muscle ect...🀣🀣🀣🀣
At least I gave you a moment of nostalgia....and bless you for appreciating my sketches..
Funny enough I am totally rubbish at doing portraits...they end up looking like over cooked potato wedges..🀣🀣🀣🀣

Funny

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚..MY GOODNESS...
what a reduction in size from the last two cakes...I now absolutely dread to think what size the next cakes gonna be..πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
However I do appreciate your care for my sugar level in take.

..I just ate the cake and realised the cake is actually average size...(less sugar.).πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹.πŸ‘πŸ‘
Iu just has this "MASSIVE" fake finger underneath it..πŸ€ͺπŸ€ͺπŸ€ͺπŸ€ͺπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I just finished this painting today, Mosaic Unraveled, and I'm happy. I love the patina of old crumbling walls, mosaics, and cobblestone streets. This is inspired by their stories.

this is amazing, was this oil painting? I love the blue hue that accent it, almost like a light passing through and the colors blend very well. ❀️
