Looking to see if anybody has any cool theological theories to share, this kind of thinking always intrigues me so im looking for more stuff to think about.
Ex: if the sins we commit now go back to be absorbed by christ can our prayers also permeate time can we pray for the salvation for sombody that has already died? seeing that God is outside time?
ex: I believe that the God adam and eve spoke to was yeshua, because he is the human form of God and it would make sense that he would be there to be familiar
if you got anything please share new ideas are great!

I do my best to stay away from theories regarding the Word as there is no profit in them except for the appetite of human consumption.

It is challenging enough for me to assimilate, believe and walk out on what is biblical truth without going to Disney Land in search for reality….which is kind of what theory is.

I have a theory that there was no such thing as direct sunlight before the flood. That's why they lived so much longer.

The Bible says the firmament above was broken up to provide some of the water for the flood. That was right about the same time humans' lifespans got a lot shorter.

Also it seems we were not designed to bear direct sunlight. Our skins burn if we stay out too long, it causes cancer... shoot, even the grass starts growing much taller than the carpet God intended it to be. Places in the yard that have shade all day long have nice carpet height grass, a perfect covering to walk on.

Here's a theory:

All major denominations have their own theories about the Bible and the individual reading the Bible has his/her own theories.

I honestly don't want to prove this theory because it may cause a shift in the space-time continuum.

Last night I had a weird dream. I was in 1810 southern states as a 6 year old with 2 younger sisters. Our parents were the Beverly Hillbillies.

you know now that you say that, the grass part that is, that seems super accurate.
another theory i have is that the firmaments were the dimensional boundaries God place between heaven and earth... also I believe hell is on the other side of a lower firmament which holds and inverse universe, one that lacks any semblance of Gods grace and mercy.

I think its fun to ponder Gods majesty, If he had wrote every cool little aspect of himself and his creation in the bible the pageswould fill disney land up to the brim! it brings me closer to God to consider the unbelievably complex mechanism he set in place to enact his story, and that he went through the trouble to make it so interesting so we could study it and behold it.

I don't think praying for someone dead works because they're not in the physical realm of time, but are now in eternity. It would be like praying to save the devil. He never had a chance to be saved bc he existed in eternity. Only man had that loophole, which is why God removed the tree of life so we didn't cross over into eternity and could no longer be saved.

Anybody got a guess about what predators were supposed to be before the fall?

Scientists investigated the mosquito and discovered it was supposed to be a pollinator. But a genetic defect turned it into a blood sucker. If it had the genes God designed for it, it would be pollinating plants.

So that's explained...

Any guesses on what tigers were intended to be? Wolves? Hawks? What do you think they were designed to do before sin broke the world and they became predators?

God is outside of time as such, He can apply a post death prayer while they are sill alive on earth.

if the sins we commit now go back to be absorbed by christ
Sins committed after one is saved go not go "back to be absorbed by Jesus." He shed His blood ONCE for all time. The blood is there awaiting to cleanse us of our sins. However, we must ask forgiveness for such sins. Just as Jesus taught us in the Prayer we call the Lords Prayer. Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. He said this is how we should pray.

can we pray for the salvation for sombody that has already died? seeing that God is outside time?
Those who have died in their sins are dead in their sins. Our prayers for them has no effect on the state of their eternity. What you are suggesting/asking sounds like Catholic teachings a wee bit. IMO, it goes against God being a "just God."

Ever speculate about what Jesus wrote in the sand that made all those people put their rocks down?

Some think it was a list of sins, and everybody saw their own sin there and got conviction.

I think it might have been "Where is the man?" That woman's sin requires two people, and they were only going to stone one. If she was caught in the act, they had to know who the guy was.
