I will discipline myself. I will do this disciplining now. I will turn out all useless thoughts. I know that the goodness of my life is a necessary foundation for its usefulness. I will welcome this training, for without it, God cannot give me His power. I believe that this power is a mighty power when it is used in the right way.
Prayer for the Day
I pray that I will face and accept whatever discipline is necessary and that I will be fit to receive God's power in my life.

~Today's Inspiration~
I know my new life will not be immune from difficulties, but I will have peace even in difficulties. I know that serenity results from faithful, trusting acceptance of God's will, even in problems. Saint Paul said: "Our light afflictions, which are but for a moment, work for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory."

I will pray only for strength and that God's will be done. I will use God's unlimited store of strength for my needs. I will seek God's will for me. I will strive to be conscious of God's presence, for He is the world's light. I have become a pilgrim who needs only marching orders, strength, and guidance for this day.

I pray that I may seek God's guidance day by day. I pray that I may strive to abide in God's presence.

~Inspiration~
I will thank God for everything, even the seeming trials and worries. I will strive to be grateful and humble. My whole attitude toward the Higher Power will be one of gratitude. I will be glad for the things I have received. I will pass on what God reveals to me. I believe that more truths will flow in as I go along in the new way of life.

Thank God for this day at hand.
I pray that I may be grateful for the things I have received and do not deserve and that this will make me truly humble.

~Inspiration for the Day~
I believe that my life is being refined like gold in a crucible. Gold does not stay in the crucible, only until it is refined. I will never despair or be despondent. I now have friends who long for me to conquer. If I should err or fail, it would cause pain and disappointment to them. I will keep trying to live a better life.
Prayer for the Day
I pray that I may always call on God's strength, while the gold of my life is being refined. I pray that I may see it through,
with God's help.

this book is an extremely significant part of their lives because it can be applied to life in general!
~Inspiration~ Thought for the Day
I will learn to overcome myself because every blow to selfishness is used to shape the real, eternal, unperishable me. As I overcome myself, I gain that power that God releases in my soul. And I too will be victorious. It is not the difficulties of life that I must conquer, so much as my selfishness.
~Prayer for the Day~
Thank God for this day.
I pray that I may obey God, walk with Him, and listen to Him and that I may strive to overcome my own selfishness.
'I have shared many times about the harmful effects of harboring selfishness and/or self-centeredness. Selfishness
I believe to be one thing that can and will destroy the true character of one's own life. It is a 'cancer of the soul'.
It will take and take and take away the important things of life that bring happiness and a real feeling of well-being.
'Subtle it is, this selfishness, to the point of losing real love from the heart, since selfishness has no interest or
the need for the essentials of life, it alone has the power to bring untold disruptions and distractions that may
well leave one in untold misery and a disconnect from God and relationships and our greatest neglected resource... LOVE!
'Be assured, that personal experience is good, so long as something of value has been learned. I Thank God,
I have learned! I cannot do the learning for anyone, but I surely can share what I have learned, and that is...

~Inspiration~ Thought for the Day
I will relax and not get tense. I will have no fear because everything will work out in the end. I will learn soul-balance and poise in a vacillating, changing world. I will claim and use God's power because if I do not use it, it will be withdrawn. As long as I return to God and replenish my strength after each task, no work can be too much.
~Prayer for the Day~
Thank God for this day.
I pray that I may relax and that God will give me strength. I pray that I may submit my will to God's will
and be free from all tenseness.

'I have learned that being in God's care has surely relieved me from my temper disposition, which in the
past brought about many problems that played havoc with my lifestyle...not all good, be assured of this truth.
'Being in God's care is a daily commitment, started in earnest some twelve years ago since moving away
from Arizona where my life really changed after my spiritual awakening and getting my life in order. AMEN!
Here I am going to say that I firmly believe that often a traumatic and/or extreme event in one's life may well
bring cause of God's Spirit to pour upon one's life in a life-altering experience. I will leave it with that as
it is not necessary to prove this or anything else in my life. I AM comfortable and find great strength in sharing
God's love and my love of the gift of the Holy Spirit...no more...no less.
'And I will surely express my feelings and thoughts on and/or about great foolishness and untruths that
are dismantling and bringing about a profound 'Christian disassembled society'. The inspired teaching of
Jesus Christ has become a shambled mockery by worldliness. This is a grave warning throughout the 'Divine Readings'.

~Inspiration~ Thought for the Day
I will pray daily for faith, for it is God's gift. The answer to my prayers depends on faith alone. God gives it to me
in response to my prayers because it is a necessary weapon for me to possess for overcoming all adverse conditions
and accomplishing all good in my life. Therefore, I will work on strengthening my faith.
~Prayer for the Day~
I pray that I may think and live to feed my faith in God. I pray that my faith may grow because,
with faith, God's power becomes available to me.

"Sharing the gospel of the "good news". And that is precisely the missing link! The Kingdom of God is not being shared. The man-mind has polluted and corrupted the Inspired teachings of Jesus Christ. The carnage of the "Inspired Teachings" at the hands of worldliness! Read it again, and again. Let us hope and pray this is fully understood! Salvation surely should never be taken lightly. Life is eternal and carries a design to be fulfilled here in the now."❤️🙏

I want to be at one with the Divine Spirit of the universe. I will set my deepest affections on things spiritual,
not on things material. As a man thinketh, so is he. So I will think of and desire that which will help,
not hinder, my spiritual growth. I will try to be at one with God. No human aspiration can reach higher than this.
~Prayer for the Day~
I pray that I may think love, and love will surround me. I pray that I may think health and health will come to me.

'I have learned over the years that my spiritual growth and well-being are of utmost importance
in my life, and I stand by this truth. I have learned love, patience, and kindness are instrumental
in helping to confront family disturbances that surely arise. Thank God, peace is at hand so long as
I am in God's care and acknowledge this through prayer in my quiet times of contemplation.
And this works with daily perseverance, believe it.'

I will take the most crowded day without fear. I believe that God is with me and controlling all.
I will let confidence be the motif running through all the crowded day. I will not get worried, because I know
God is my helper. Underneath are the everlasting arms. I will rest in them, even though the day
is full of things crowding in upon me.

I pray that I may be calm and let nothing upset me. I pray that I may not let material things control me
and choke out spiritual things.

I believe that God has all power. It is His to give and His to withhold. But He will not withhold it from
the person who dwells near Him, because then it passes insensibly from God to that person. It is breathed
in by the person who lives in God's presence. I will learn to live in God's presence and then have the things
I desire, from Him: strength, power, love, and joy. God's power is available to all who need it and are willing to accept it.

I pray that I may get myself out of the way, so that God's power may flow in. I pray that I may surrender myself to that power.

'It is firmly believed that my striving to put principles before personalities has surely helped enhance my Spiritual
Journey since my commitment to earnestly strive to act upon and apply the inspired teachings of Jesus Christ.
The basic principles of life are the fruits of the Holy Spirit...love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness,
gentleness, and self-control. I have learned these attributes are a full-time endeavor each day and surely are meaningful,
powerful, and greatly help in daily disturbances that surely arise within the family structure and my daily contact
with those around all my coming and going.'
'It is firmly believed from witnessing many words on many pages within the 'Christian community' and in social
media outlets that many are harboring self-inflicted confusion and complicating the basic necessity of earnestly
working on the "principles of life" here in the now, in one's own life. Perseverance I have learned and come to
realize is absolutely necessary and surely essential in any hope of attempting to lead a life filled with the presence
of Jesus Christ and the gift of the Holy Spirit for the guidance of fulfilling an abundant life, here in the now, and surely
an eternal soul in the Kingdom of God.'
