I mean father, son and holy spirit. So more like elder, youth and human spirit. I meditate quite a bit and I find this true. There is a child within me and an adult and a part I can't quite put my finger on. So it is like we are a human trinity.

I have always seen the human body as this you have the flesh the appearance of a person(Jesus) the spirit which holds our emotions and feelings our inner person or true selves ( holy spirit) and the mind which is the head and controls the rest of the body and is linked directly to our emotions and feelings ( the father) but I understand exactly what you mean when you say you have both a child and adult in you I have found this to be true in me as well especially when I am in his presence. Medition is something I have never been able to do though I would like to I suppose my meditation is just soaking in his presence I tried to breath and still myself clearing my mind of everything but I suppose I just don't have the ability for it.

Well there is like one side, it's energy is fatherly, it's wise and calm. Then there's this other side of me that's emotional and energetic. Then another piece that's mysterious and I can't quite decide what is, it's entirely non-verbal there doesn't seem to be an energy to it.

People who practice a lot of meditation report the same things. I was into Buddhism for a time, they in that religion call the childish side of yourself the ego, they say it's entirely a false perception of self but I don't entirely agree.

If that helps you in your spiritual walk then fine. Spirt, soul, and body can also be seen as a trinity.

Strang person. By any chance, are you a Master Herbalist?

The Holy Trinity:

God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghose

The Triune Man:

Body, Soul, Spirit

The Apostle Paul wrote of this more than once. Rather than trying to "add to Scripture," why not read Scripture?
