Demonic Possession help me please!

tonight a friend revealed to me that she has "split personality" disorder. and tonight, i met this other personality. it was not human. everything it had to say was either a lie or meant to bring me fear. i confronted her...it was scary as hell. and i don't mean that lightly. it was NOT in person it was through an msn conversation i cannot verify if i was being messed with...but i firmly believe this girl has been demonically possessed and has been for some time. the demon comes and goes as he or she pleases. if anyone has anything to say on this..please...help me...i'm scared to bits. i joined this website because i do not know where else to turn. i fear for my friend... and i also have some doubts...please can someone contact me?

Have you cross-referenced her claim and got her family's opinion? Alternate personalities often need triggers that cause people to switch over; I haven't heard of them just being willed over to prove a claim.

Greater is He who is in you than He who is in the world. Because He is your friend i believe it is your responsibility to help Him. Pray for Him daily and strengthen yourself by reading the Bible daily! I will be praying with you, but know that you are more than a conquerer and you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

Or she just has a split personality order... I think you were being messed with honestly. But I know a guy with schitzophrenia and see if he doesnt take his meds... Im actually scared to talk to him he acts like he's a serial killer or somthing. Luckily he usually takes them. And if he was demonically possessed his meds would have no effect on it.

you obviously don't know who gave Man medicine. you know some the most reknown doctors and scientist believed in God?

in case you didn't know, Newton was the one who proposed the laws of motions and we would not have cars, airplanes and much more if he did not write his papers, just a thought.

Yes Im well aware that some of the worlds best thinkers believed in a higher being. That has no bearing on whether I personally believe in one and I seriously doubt medicine has some amazing holy benefits in it as that would imply that everything did and you may have noticed you can't cure cancer with an apple. And if God does exist then he did not give us medicine he gave us the means to create it for ourselves. I would think it was pretty obvious a demonic possession could only be removed by application of religous rites etc... while a mental disorder can be "fixed" with medication. You seem to think because I am young Im an idiot.

Hello LordHelpMe, and welcome to CC. My advice is to stand in power of the Spirit, and ask for pray from members in this communtiy for God grace. And try to find a Bible believing Pastor and ask for his help and advice. Yes demons are subject to believers, though the Name of Christ, but this is a dangerous area to deal with, without experience.
Will be praying for you.

But if you don't know Christ as LORD and SAVIOUR, don't even think about confronting this spirit.

see if you can find a local church that has a Stephen's minsitry or something that gives Christian counseling.

Demonic possessions: This is a very serious problem within the body of christ even to the unbeliver who may not understand .However , the scripture says we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers and rulers of darkness and wickedness in high places. We are often possess by familiar spirits.......anything that is unrighteous in our spirits are demonic . I will suggest that you continue in prayer for your friend and yourself and get him to a priest ,bishop or pastor you cannot war a war by yourself . You need soldiers in this war please be very careful because you can be attack as well. God bless.
