these were built by people who were attempting to honor the gods they worshipped... the process used in their construction can be found in the National geographic arcives its very well explained and illustrated, contrary to popular belief it has nothing whatever to do with aliens.... they were worshipping demons with human sacrifice and other ways... they were deceived and their civilization ended in destruction as does any who woprship false gods

Interesting... I kinda want to learn about how they did it. As ridiculous as worshipping a false god is... That still took skill. But, yeah... First Commandment... Kinda Important.

You are right to say that they there is a rational explanation for the lines. Their civilization ended because the Spanish turned up and butchered them in their thousands. So it was a case of one Demonic religion wiping out another.

I went to a Nazca race once.
I think the lines meant, 'stay up on the track',
but the drivers seemed to ignore them, mostly.

Spanish is a nation, not a religion, so one nation wiping out another. Brittish, French, Portugal etc did similar things.

Why biblical? Bible was not written as an encyclopedia about the universe. Its about our salvation and eternal life.
We can use our biblically trained brains, though :)

People have always tried to make their mark, even if it took decades to do so.

Tower of Babel, pyramids, stone heads, Mount Rushmore, etc

There is nothing new under the sun. :)

Yeah, I think the halo about the Nazca lines is because of the idea, that it can be seen only from airplane. But it can be seen from the surrounding hills too, so the work could be coordinated.

It is my speculation that the creators of the lines may have had towers or even tethered hot air balloons that they used to view the lines from a height.

Perhaps they placed flowers along the lines, or, perhaps they were viewed at night with torches lining the lines.

Since humans created the Antikythera device, the Bagdad battery and countless other forms of real technology 2,000 years ago, noticing that hot air rises and holding it in a big sheet is not that far fetched.
