Haha which one would you prefer?

Baptism in desert:

Baptism is freezing cold water:

I was baptized in a baptismal font where they cautioned me
not to touch the microphone or I would be electrocuted

Assuming you watch the service from the same church all the time, (as if it is your church), try calling them. I really was surprised to find out a pastor was willing to come to our house, just because we couldn't go to church. And, we really had communion together, (he even had a five minute sermon prepared. Way cool!), so we felt more a part of the church.

That would be impossible. The service I watch is streamed from Florida..

I have been re-Baptized!

Why you ask?

Because my first Baptism was as a 1 month old baby in the corrupted Catholic Church.

We cannot be Baptized as an infant. Its when we understand God and why we are Baptized that Baptism is for real. All those Baptized as infants in the Catholic Church have not receive Baptism!

I was re-Baptized in a True Christian Church!

I do not think Baptism in the Mormon Church is a real Baptism. So yes, have yourself re-Baptized!
Well, considering quite a few of us were baptised as babies, I'd have to say, "Apparently, we can."

God is outside time and space, and the creator of time and space. If he chose us, he's perfectly capable of baptising us before we even considered him. So, we WERE baptised even before we knew we needed to be. Choosing to be baptised again, is an option for our growth/conscious/spirit. It's not like God hates us or can't possibly save us if we don't get wet. Matter of fact, just like he worked out the rest of our lives for our good and his glory, he worked out that particularly moment for our good and his glory. It is not like God said, "Oops! Messed up there. Let me try again."

As for the corruption of the Catholic Church? Care to point me to any church with absolutely no corruption in it? Granted, if I joined, it would lose it's perfect status.

Florida has airports. Maybe they have frequent flyer miles.
(I'm a little
)

No, seriously, is it a denomination, because apparently you like them, so see if there are more like them closer to you, and then call them.

Jesus said, repent and believe. Peter said, repent and be baptized.
Infants are incapable of repenting, or believing, we assume.
Certainly even after infant baptism many fell away, until they truly did repent, and believe...
being born again of the Spirit of God.

Most churches of Christ will baptize you if you ask them.... You are not being baptized into "A" church.... you are being baptized into "the" church... the body of Christ. So, whether you have a Presbyterian, CofC, Methdist... whatever do it, you are being baptized into Jesus body.

Not all denominations believe that, though, but I'm pretty sure most all churches of Christ will baptize you if you ask.

If it is bothering your conscience then by all means get it done. And you do not need a church to get it done, but it is a good idea to have it done by someone you believe is anointed of God's Spirit. Anyone who is anointed of God's Spirit belongs to His true chosen priesthood, not mans. Also make sure they baptize you in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
This is true. You could have any believer baptize you in the name of Jesus in your bathtub. One of my ancestors baptized Roger Williams, who then baptized his baptizer.

Jehovah told the Israelites to circumcise their sons. Do you really think their sons understood the symbolism at eight days old? Same deal. It is a sign. It is not the thing.

God gets the sign. He knows who he has chosen while we're still hiding in the dark.

It's called believers baptism. Get baptized in a church that believes the same thing you believe. Ideally a bible believing gospel preaching church filled with born again believers that can help you grow in Christ to maturity in the faith.

You have already been baptized into the body of Christ by the Holy Spirit when you believed in Christ. Don't let anyone allude to you that you are not in Christ now because you were not water baptized yet. Being water baptized is a great representation of what happened to you when you believed in Christ.

You'll have a great time and after you learn more about how you died with Christ on the cross and then rose with Him to newness of life - this symbol of what happened to you when you believed will be forever cemented into your mind.

I'm excited for you! I have heard of other born again Christians get baptized again even after they were water baptized after they got saved. They got re-baptized after they had the revelation of what had happened to them when they believed in Christ the first time.
