It works. I have fasted extensively. I have fasted people.
Believe it or not, every single thing this man is saying is true and proven.

What about the ones, such as myself, who CAN'T fast? I get shaky if I don't eat on time.

"I have worked with dozens of muslims and have a pretty good idea of Islamic fasting and every one of my clients became much healthier by fasting at least 21 days. Having fasted 16 hours or more almost every day for the last 20+ years, I certainly know very well how such short fasts compare to real, therapeutic fasts. As for looking like a "ghost," I'm not sure what you're referring to, but I can tell you that I'm fit and strong and haven't been sick a day in nearly 30 years...

"Not eating 21 days is indeed ridiculous...if you are foolish enough to believe your own ignorant ideas. Dismissing something you don't understand is the highest form of ignorance."
