1 pd. ground burger
1 box of chicken flavored crackers
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 medium onion
salt and pepper
1 tbs. Worchester sauce
mix everything together
put into loaf pan
cook at 350 for45 minutes
drain grease from pan if needed
then pour honey bar-b-q sauce over meat loaf
then cook for 15 minutes more
