Hey people, what's happening, missed you all..... good morning ecen8ng afternoon or whatever time it is.... i believe we've all eaten and are waiting for more...... this is just a quick hi-bye added with some questions.......
As tou all know i've started the most important exam in my school life and my family can't risk me failing, i'm being tempted to "cheat"... yep you heard me right... cheat... not because i want to (trust me i really don't) but becaise of the circumstances...
My mum paid for a "special center" where answers will be given to the students and so far i've one 2 subjects and 4 papers without cheating..... but i know of 2 subects that i'm certain i would either fail or pass by grace (maths and yoruba-local language)... if it were up to me u would rather get that than cheat but mt mum already paid and the main reason she did that was because of my brother... she spent close to half a million naira (500,000.... close not exactly up to) on my brother'sadmission..... he wrote all exams possible to male sure he got an admission, he even wrote utme 3 times and my mum doesn't want that this time cuz i have juniors and u wouldn't want her to spend all her money on me..... so i'm at xrossed roads now.... i'm trying and asking myself what would jesus do but i can't answer the que myself....... i'm scared of only those 2 subjects so i have different solutions but don't know which to pick..... 1) do not cheat at all... you are sinning.... 2) only for the 2 subjects..... you will be forgiven.... 3) if you feel like.... other options are welcome and please help me as soon as possible.......
Thanks in advance

Jesus is the Authority of right and wrong, and no one else - especially a human's reasoning without the Holy Spirit's guidance directly.

The thing about all this is we tend to say just avoid temptation and you will get thru it. But look closer and you can see a deeper work of Satan. Do you notice the backdoor attack from Satan? (Satan) “does not come to us on the premise of tempting us to sin, but on the premise of shifting our point of view…” Wow -Right?!!! That way it looks like an option - (in Christ) - rather than sin (apart from Christ). But, do not be deceived - it is sin; and your spirit will amen that. And the reality of truth is it will harm you in the long run no matter whether you believe it or not. Many of God's truths found in the Bible are self-evident realities that if we reason around it and believe in that re-reasoning the outcome will still result the way Scripture points it out will happen. These are called Axiomatic truths. For instance: "What a man sows so shall he reap," is an Axiomatic truth or a self-evident reality.

So why lie to yourself in other words? Just pay the cost of righteousness and God promises you that all things turn out for good for those who love Him thru obedience! For if you love Him, you will obey Him. Do you trust Him yet? This is the test of your love for God right now. Will you Listen to Him, as to what is His way? Will you be patient and wait on Him, seeking His way? Will you do as He makes clear then, thru the Spirit to your spirit? We have become so confused about what’s right and wrong, acceptable and unacceptable. Like scotch tape yanked away from a piece of paper, we have picked up more of the world than the world has picked up us as His Children.

There is only One to whom I owe allegiance and it’s Jesus, not my own desires and wants, or rationalizations. If Jesus is Lord and King, it’s high time we acted like it. Don’t let evil shift your point of view. Some things are wrong - walk thru the wall of this moment then with God holding fast to His hand; as He holds your hand and heart firmly and gives you His power to get thru it!. As the old hymn goes: "Trust and obey, for there's no other way....to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey!"

I believe Jesus will help you thru this, and I trust He will give you His help if you work hard at not cheating deciding to go God's way. Have faith in Him and lean not on your own understanding - in all your ways trust and acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths straight!

Same here beautiful lol! :D I love your enthusiasm Praise the Lord! Can I have somma dat? :D
Absolutentrutley you can have summa dat! Enthusiasm is a must ingredient in a spiritual life! When you have no vision from God, no enthusiasm left in your life, and no one watching and encouraging you, it requires the grace of Almighty God to take the next step in your devotion to Him, in the reading and studying of His Word, in your family life, or in your duty to Him. It takes much more of the grace of God, and a much greater awareness of drawing upon Him, to take that next step, than it does to preach the gospel.

Every one of us here must experience the essence of the incarnation by bringing the next step down into flesh-and-blood reality and by working it out with our hands found in His. We lose interest and give up when we have no vision, no encouragement, and no improvement, but only experience our everyday life with its trivial tasks.

The thing that really testifies for God and for the people of God in the long run is 'steady perseverance', even when the work cannot be seen by others. And the only way to live an undefeated life is to live 'looking to God'. Here have some of dat enthusiasm - absolutentrutely! -

Ask God to keep the eyes of your spirit open to the risen Christ, and it will be impossible for drudgery to discourage you. Never allow yourself to think that some tasks are beneath your dignity or too insignificant for you to do, and remind yourself of the example of Christ in (John 13:1-17).

Hey we all go thru afflictions, hardships, and calamities - what does enthusiasm for God do for us? It gives us endurance as His Joy becomes our strength. I am enthused right now because I get to have my feet washed by my brothers and sisters in Christ from the stinch of the world system I was in just hours ago, as we spend time in His presence together.

I saw in the stores today, brands like: Sinful colors, Nars (assist), Too Face, Better than sex, Satisfy, Urban Decay, Naked, Obsession etc etc and I am reminded what the world is all about - Self-Awareness leading to sinfulness. It sickens my soul, and I see the lost hurting from it too - but it is where we as His Children need to be as the light and salt of the world! I encourage enthusiastic people God produces to go into the world and preach the gospel - saving lives from the grip of the enemy! Its scary if we look across the room and not up to Him!, but I have a God to protect and empower me! Now if that's not enthusiastic then I don't know what is!

"...but as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: by great endurance, in afflictions, hardships, calamities..." (2 Corinthians 6:4). Oops another long post ... Praise God!??.

Its an awesome start - thx for participating so far, but I encourage those who haven't yet gotten a chance to do it by (my) today (which has just started happening at 12:14 am) ... LOL - But, I was touched by all the different font sizes and the "just get it posted out there," attitude - I loved it! Who cares what it looks like as long as it is the Word being spoken. For some reason, I was especially touched by Tourist's inclusions, tonight. I have no idea why ... Thank you all for participating it touches me, and honors God.

That was taken in my younger days, as you can see the rippling muscles.

I have, sadly, let myself go. :(

I need to go for a second or two to eat something before bed -
at least a snack; but I'm torn -
I also want a group hug!

"Lord help me get both in Jesus Name!"

"Amen! Let it be so!"
