“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:”

2 Timothy 3:16

I especially like it that it is Chapter 3, verse 16............that ring a bell with anyone?

and they can be useful guides, even in spiritual dryness, they can be referred to ... to help people "keep going" on reading the Bible
