Who Can Be Against Us,

God will always be at our side. We just need to
know it, believe it and trust Him. Sometimes
things just happen in our lives and we don't have
any control over it. There are other times when
we are just not as close to Him as we should be.
Either way, we become separated from Him, not
because He suddenly walked away from us but
it is because we walked away from Him. When
that happens we have to feel it, accept it's true
and then work to reconcile ourselves with Him.
We have to understand that we are the ones who
are going adrift and not Him. There is no penalty
here unless we let ourselves go and not have any
thought of coming back to Him. Even then when
we do come back , His arms will be open to us.
He doesn't turn off His love for us, we are the ones
who turn Him off.

Psalm 91:4

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
