All of us are addicted to something.........it can be bad or it can be good. Ever ask yourself WHY am I so addicted to this?
I just got curious about "dopamine" and began googling. It appears that the natural chemical release of "dopamine" in our brains is part of the "addiction process."
There are actually 3 wonderful chemicals released in our brains - serotonin, endorphin, and dopamine. There are various foods and activities that help our bodies create and release these chemicals.
