Most of the time I sleep with pj s because my shoulders will get cold and make me more restless. My restlessness at night makes me move my covers and brings cold or cool air down over my shoulders. It's not a problem in the summer, but I usually wear short sleeve top and shorts pj s, unless I am too tired to get into them. Being in Fla. helps.

just a share:

if there is anyway possible, LET the AIR in and don't give the bacteria a home, or at least
give them some vacation time, when possible...

we know, some will 'get it' and 'some won't'...if you 'get it', go with it!!!

This applies to our bodies too.
That is why the maximizing of oxygen in the body is so critical. It benefits cells and the immune system in that it does not allow pathogens a environment in which they can survive and thrive.
Also why I am a big advocate of ozone therapy and hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy.
And exercise.

I
I've slept naked my whole life, and would prefer not to wear clothes during the day too. I don’t like how pajamas or t-shirt get twisted around while I'm sleeping.
I am the same way - no pjs or clothes of any kind when sleeping, for sure, and during the day as much as possible too.
