It Is You Who Watch Over My Way,

The psalmist is lamenting on how we can stray from the
Lord so easily when we don't maintain our own personal
vigilance. Really in my view, Christianity is a 24/7 lifestyle.
There is no "This for me and this is for God". Maintaining
that lifestyle is much better than allowing our habits to go
astray. It is then when we have so much more work to do
to get on track. Once we really change our life as scripture
says we have new life in the Spirit, we are a new creation.
Little by little our thoughts become "God" thoughts rather
than "me" thoughts. A daily habit of prayer helps us in a
great way to be able to stay on track. It makes our life in
Christ a more rhythmic and more dedicated way of life.
Our life becomes so much better in God as we grow in His
will rather than our own will.
