Christ Jesus cannot be separated from His word. To get to Christ, one needs His word to lead him. Yes, Jesus Christ is the Savior, the one who provided Himself as the Lamb, but one needs to hear the message of the cross to believe on Him to be saved. You can't simply go around saying, "Jesus...trust Jesus". Trust Jesus for what? What did He do? The essential part of the gospel is Christ's testimony of who He is and what He accomplished.
There is no question who Jesus is or his testimony when he appears in power.
If Paul is our example then lets look at his transformation.
No dbr.
No dbr.
No dbr.
Jesus the person,yes
Read it. It is acts 9
20 [k]And straightway he preached Christ in the Synagogues, that he was that Son of God.
The pauline gospel,no(a different pauline gospel? Lol)

The Jailer,the person first,dbr following.
Myself,the person first,bdr way later.
Thousands worldwide,He,Jesus showing up in dreams etc, with no preacher.

Preachers good,yes
Preaching dbr,awesome,yes
Dbr = salvation by itself,no
Salvation is a person. With or without a preacher.

Ask your miracle worker to go to the nearest cancer center and have them heal all the people with cancer.
Jesus is my example
I look to him.
He has power. You are betting he does not.
Btw,He could do no miracles in his home town. Because of their unbelief.
Now,apply your false authentication.
Go to the hospital and save everyone in the building.
If all are not saved,is the gospel for today?

Paul believed because He saw the resurrected Savior. Up to that point, he thought the resurrection to be a hoax. As I showed earlier, the jailor was preached to in his house what believing on Jesus Christ really means. I'm always going to go with what Scripture says over any experience. If my experiences don't line up with Scripture, I'm going believe Scripture over my experience.

Do you know what Jesus did for you at the cross? How do you know this? We know nothing about the Savior except for the Scriptures.
At the time of salvation,he showed up and i worshipped him.
No preacher preaching salvation message.

Of course the Lord has the power to heal as He pleases, but those first century Apostles had the gift of healing period. The miracles were for the Jews to point them to Christ. We walk by faith not by sight. The Jews always required a sign to believe. At the final rejection of the Jews in Acts 28, the sign miracles ceased.

Are you suggesting that every believer who is sick with disease, blind, etc..if they truly believe that Jesus will heal them, they will be healed?

So those experiences in the bible as well as mine are false?

Remember, your claim is preaching 1st,then salvation.
You can not say it,can you?
You will not break that false pattern.
Even though you are proven wrong.

Experiences in the word are Scripture. I am doubting you actually saw the resurrected Savior. Btw, Peter said we have something better than that in Scripture. 2 Peter 1.

I'm going with, "Faith come by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."

Pure baloney.

......and then Jesus proceeded to say of the rich people ; what is impossible with man,is possible with God.

So,to cherry pick and omit, yes you can spin it to your doctrine, which so strangely voids Jesus, his word, the bible.
But even worse is the fact that the eye of a needle example Jesus invokes is a law of heaven concerning forsaking all ,(pauls dying at baptism),and having a single heart to heaven.

Concerning the law,and Jesus, why in the world do you twist that??????
I mean, what good thing do you,in your mind, imagine you can manufacture.

A simple, simple bible study reveals he BROKE THEIR LAW.
When questioned on the law he said " what is the first commandment"
Then, began to show them the law is encompased in the law of love.

He told the people " unless your righteousness EXCEED the righteousnes of the Pharisee....."
Meaning??????
WHAT DID HE MEAN????
He was pointing to a mystery.
HIMSELF.
The one you pointlessly diminish.

You know the ever obvious mark of a cult????
The tireless effort to diminish Jesus.
So, you mean Christians are supposed to obey all commandments given by Jesus to the Jews?

Jesus, for example, said:

38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’[a]39 But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. 40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well. 41 If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles. 42 Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.

43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor[b] and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Do you do all this?

Exactly.
It is noteworthy that the Pauline only adherants put paul above Jesus.
Most in modern church leadership have enough sense not to do that.
Another false lie here in this post..............the words of Paul are the words of JESUS...the words he needed to say but the disciples were not yet ready........ALL of it is God's word and to pit one against the other is not only unbiblical, but rather idiotic at the end of the day.

I ONLY look to Jesus.
Like I said, you are betting he has no power.
I say he did and still does.
He said what he said in mat 18;18.
He can not lie.
If I pray for healing and nothing happens, some will shape that dud into a doctrine.
What if Jesus is right, and it,healing, can not fail?
The " problem" is in me,not the one who heals.
Same with any prayer.
Does he save?
Do those not saved make me give up?

Evicting demons from people, the same thing.
If they dont want deliverance,it can be difficult. If they want the demon out,i get them to help me pray.
Are their easy and hard demons? Yes.
Sickness is the same.
They need to want it to leave.

If I do or don't,you are saying it is viable,or a joke by Jesus?

How can you base his viability on who does or won't obey him?

You really think skipping those verses excuse any of us because of some doctrine?

Are the salvation verses void also?

Seems as though Jesus recieved those same words in their resentment of him.
I would caution you to re-examine your heart friend

OK, I understand you don't obey all commandments of Jesus. If you think all of those commandments are for us, and their observance is necessary for our salvation, why don't you obey them?

Again,i will await your obedience and commitment to following Paul.
Get a vow, shave your head, eat meat sacrificed to idols, get snake bit, shipwrecked, and go to the violent Jews and preach in their synagogues, let them beat you and imprison you,or stop saying you follow paul

You nor ANY pauline only does even one of those, yet you try that silliness with others.

Get a bible, and read it as if you Could just be wrong.
A beautiful picture will shine upon you.

it wouldn't hurt any of us to occasionally examine our hearts...
A pure heart would automatically exault the king.
Automatically.
And hang on his every word.
He is the same Jesus. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
His heart is pure.
He imparts his heart to us. A pure heart.
Only IN HIM can i find safety and truth.
In HIM,not a doctrine.

The pauline only guy in our bible study disrupted again yesterday to blurt out of nowhere " how many of you think Jesus is a king?"
I already knew where he was going.
That was the beginning of the rant on the big "revelation" that Jesus is not king in anyway shape or form.

What a stupid ignorant doctrine.

See that?
That is what they seek. A diminished Jesus
