We Have Peace With God Through Christ,

And Paul goes on to say "Hope does not put us to shame
because God's love has been poured out into our hearts
through the Holy Spirit." This is how we come to God by
way of Jesus. If we don't come through Jesus, we will be
unable to clearly know God. So does this mean that Jesus
is greater than God, Of course not. Jesus offers us the joy
of knowing God though because He is God incarnate so
that now through Jesus we have a fuller understanding of
God. Jesus becomes the face of God in a sense. Up until
the time of Christ on earth we were driven by the law which
was our guardian says Paul. So now we are no longer under
the law but, we live by grace.

Romans 5:2 - through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. :)

Yes we come to GOD because of grace.The law was added because of transgression.Someone might ask,how and why did JESUS have to die on the cross.

After Adams transgression man was cut off from GOD and would have to be perfect In his own strength to be acceptable to GOD and because of the weakness of his flesh he would come short of the glory of GOD.

JESUS fully GOD and fully man perfect In the flesh fulfilled the law ,HIS flesh was not weak.The law had to be fulfilled because GOD loves righteousness and It would not have been righteous If HE,GOD In CHRIST had not have fulfilled the law HE gave to Moses.

JESUS as a man paid the price for sin for us with HIS blood,the law said that anyone who breaks a law of the Ten Commandments have offended the WHOLE law so then for us JESUS died for our sake and now the Issue Is faith.
