Walk In The Way Of Love,
We were once in the darkness but Jesus brought the
light so now we are able to see. In my view the entire
good news was an example of our life on earth. This
is why Jesus on the cross died so we could find peace
in our earthly life rather than chaos, foreboding and
darkness. He sacrificed Himself to set us free and as
scripture illustrates, He set us free from the law. All
laws through Christ come from just one and that is, love
the Lord your God and your neighbor as yourself. So
I see the New Testament, not as a book of laws, cuz
laws are only the minimum of a spiritual life. So what
happens most often it that people want to stay at the
minimum rather than grow in holiness and examples
of Christ's love. Scripture says the Kingdom of God is
at hand, meaning it is here and it is here by way of
Christ on the cross. We need to continue to ascend to
those glorious moments that Christ promised us rather
than to sit at the minimum.
