Mosquitoes & Mice problem

Friends, lot of mosquitoes here. Our place is prone to Brain Malaria, i have suffered from Brain Malaria when i was a kid, now i fear for my daughter. Also mice problem,they are running here and there making noises and sounds and making it difficult to sleep peaceful at night. They are biting and destroying electrical wires.

Please agree and pray that there be no mosqitoes and no mice at home. Let them leave, and Mosquitoes & Mice problem be solved.

Bro, aside from screens, we are encouraged to have plants repelling mosquitoes around. Citronella and lemon grass are common here, but I hear many others like garlic, marigold, basil and lavender are useful. It could help if there are no stagnant waters around too where they could breed. There've been more dengue cases around here, so we're also encouraged to be more careful. For rats/mice, I think regular baits would help.

Lord, we ask You deliver this family from their mosquito and mice problem. Keep them safe from these pests, and not harm the family, in Your name. Nothing is too difficult for You, Lord.

Ug. I despise mice. We bought an old house and for the first time in my life, we're dealing with those pesky intruders!

We use basic mouse traps (caught 4 this winter!) and tried to find all the holes they travel through. Ours scurry through our oil heating vents (that we don't use-we heat with wood). I'm hoping when we tear out the vents our "visits" from these pests will dramatically decrease.

Apparently't mice hate the smell of peppermint, so I bought peppermint essential oil, mixed it with water in a squirt bottle, and sprayed the heck outta everything. I spray the vent openings and closets at least 1x/week.

Also, we bought plug-in sonar devices. Mice can't stand the sound. Since applying the above methods, I haven't found any evidence of'em in the main house. Still working on the basement, though...

We live next to some woods so they're probably coming from there. I'll be getting ducks/chickens this spring and I've read they'll eat mice, so that could help stop the buggers before they invade.

our places have tubewells for public so mosquitoes breed there. i use one mosquito liquid in one room, its costly as it is finished after someday, have to get another one. so have to spent more money , so not using these mosquito liquid in other rooms. we use mosquito net during sleep but get bitten by mosquito at other times during the day. no such fog truck in our place. we just use mosquito liquid, mosquito spray, mosquito net, if one can afford and keep theareas clean. regarding mice, i think i will have to bring a trap to catch one mice one night by putting a tomato in the trap, but still some mices are left and after few days there number increases. will try to use peppermint and search sonar devices if its available here
