Add A Single Hour To Your Life,
I believe Jesus is talking about superficial worry like
little things. Sometimes through no fault of our own
we get dazed and confused about life and even if
things are going well, we get overwhelmed by things
that cause anxiety and misunderstanding. I believe
things like that can actually be very harmful if we are
not diligent in correcting them. Little things seem to
come and go without any action from us but the ones
where we awaken to very confusing thoughts that are
on our mind that we feel we will never fix. Those are
the ones I believe Jesus wants us to pray more and
attach ourselves to Him more to help our understanding.
Many things are out of our control and it is like getting
hit with a truck, we suffer with injury. Those leave scars
but we forget about them but mental injury is more
difficult and on those we really need to live in God. Many
things might take even months or more but we need to
rely in God always.
