Jesus Seen in the Sky?

It is a beautiful sight and I see Jesus and the Cross. I was listening to John Bevere last nite, a Pastor from CO, saying the image of Jesus appeared in a meeting and left an impression on the wall. As our faith level and our closeness to the Lord grows, it's not surprising to me to start seeing manifestations of His glory. I think it's great! Thanks for sharing.

You need to keep up, many people are seeing visions of Jesus esp ME people as well as many others. What I meant is I see Jesus' image, since I have to explain, and don't tell me what I saw. Acts 2:17 'And it shall come to pass in the last days...I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh...there will b prophesy, visions and dreams...'

Fleshly experiences are not the validators of spiritual unseen truths. We walk by faith the unseen eternal as it is written not by sight as that seen the temporal .2 Corinthians 4:18

Catholicism holds to what they must call the Miracle of the Sun. But seeing the Sun does not confirm a person has eternal life even if it has some sort of shape.. an image made like to corruptible man its simply a work of someone's fleshly imagination.

Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Note... being understood by the things that are made, the temporal .2 Corinthians 4:18 they give us the unseen spiritual understanding.

Although God is no longer bringing any sign after the sign of Jonas what we had in part before the last book was added to prophecy. We have the whole or complete written will .

The father of lies is still bringing those kind of signs as lying wonders to draw men away from the one true source of faith, as it is written in the law and the prophets. (sola scriptura)

Fleshly mind pictures as images come by not walking by faith the unseen but do come by walking by sight as that seen by and through ones puffed up mind.

.Jesus set the pattern in Mathew 4 when challenged by the lying things seen.... as it is written again and again and the false vision disappeared like a cloud passing by . .

It is a pretty picture. For some, seeing it may serve as a reminder to perhaps look up , be ready for his coming, evangelize, kept eyes focused on him... etc. Whether or not it is a sign or not, that I am not so sure about. It is best not to jump to conclusions though about his coming as no one really knows when he will come back. Jesus will come but in his time.

Yes they did until the Holy Spirit moved the last prophet to bring new revelations. Today we have the whole or complete. The possibility of any new revelations as interpretation of God is sealed up to the end of time with 7 seals. . There is nothing lacking from His revealed will.

Seeing fleshly visions by worshipping another source of faith other than as it is written only reveals the things not seen .We walk by faith the unseen. I would be careful on how we say we hear what the Spirit is saying to us.

Worshipping angels, who? Yes if you look it up, many ME people are seeing Jesus in a dream/vision. I personally seen 2 angels, what's that Scripture on seeing angels unaware, also? God bless.

I viewed the news article and it appears that the image of *Christ* has been superimposed on the picture -- it is not an integral part of the picture. One can see a separate outline.
Which raises some questions.

However, if this leads people to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, fine.

The only messengers of God as angels that a person can see (DNA) are the Christians. The fallen angels as lying spirits like that in which the Son of God experienced in Mathew 4 have no form they were not formed from the dust of the field. But an entirely different creation..

Entertaining angels as strangers are our brothers and sisters in Christ .They bring the good news. represented by many on this message board .

I feel a need to caution you and this younger generation. In one of the translations of the scriptures, the serpent is called "the shining one". Apparently he had light upon him too like the angels, but was it enough to make Eve think he was an angelic being? Maybe so. I've read that this was so in writings that know Hebrew.

So she was deceived from the beginning. Then she came under his spell so to speak, and took the bait.

The Lord will give us things through Holy Spirit. But, they always are proved by the scriptures. And I don't think we have to ask for them, or search for them. He gives us what His desires and His will is for us individually.

We know the antichrist is either here now or soon to come. Be very cautious of the shining.

For me to say this is probably surprising to some here. I've had many experiences with the Lord. But, we have the inner witness and I've learned to heed that voice alone. . There's the voice in our middle that is His.

I don't think this is from the Lord but is sent to deceive. Please be careful.

Ah, yes, if people believe in Jesus, that is wonderful! But if people are led to "believe" because of a fake photo I would be careful! Using lies to lead people to Jesus is not a good idea!

I haven't researched the photo and so don't know if it is real. I am quite suspicious however.

Thank you! This image doesn’t draw me away from God nor His Word, do not worry! If this were sent from the anti-Christ, then I would take it down and not give it any attention; I would repent and continue following the holy Christ. We do not know if this is bad or good.
