I'm alright Jack, keep yer hands of my stack.

From the BBC:

Elizabeth Warren vows to break up tech giants if elected in 2020.

US Democrat Elizabeth Warren has proposed breaking up tech giants like Amazon, Facebook and Google if elected to the US presidency in 2020.

Seeking to stand out in a crowded Democratic field, Ms Warren told a crowd in Queens, New York, that she was "sick of freeloading billionaires".

Her regulatory plan would reverse some tech mergers and stop companies from competing on their own platforms.

This would promote competition and safeguard small businesses, she said.

Ms Warren pinpointed the Amazon acquisition of WholeFoods as one she would reverse, along with Facebook's merger with WhatsApp and Instagram, and Google's with Waze.

And she said she would halt practices such as Amazon selling on its own Amazon Marketplace platform.

She outlined her proposals in a post on the website Medium. The companies have not yet commented.
Amazon had planned to build a new headquarters close to where Ms Warren spoke but withdrew plans last month, blaming local leaders.

One woman at the rally, who was undecided about who to vote for, said: "What I like is that she's proposing big ideas."

I do not understand the term "freeloading billionaires." They pay market value for what they acquire and hire many people which stimulates the economy and adds to the number of people paying taxes. I do understand the desire to limit mergers and monopolies and big box type businesses that put smaller more independent businesses out of business, which may actually overall work to lessen the number of people paying taxes. But even big box businesses need employees in their multiple retail bases… or does everything become centralized and warehoused, accessible only by internet or phone order and credit card? This new fangled digital age has changed so many businesses, and given many new avenues for thieves to swindle others :( (I am not calling billionaires thieves LOL :D)

Most of those freeloading billionaires are Democrats, why would the Democrats alienate them? Oh, wait, I forgot the information in this threads post #1, it’s just Ms Warren trying to stand out.

She would be better off spending her time and effort investigating and exposing how these supposed "tech giants" where actually

started by the CIA in order to gather data on every single person who interacts with these "tech giants" which is then stored by the NSA.

And sometimes like in the case of Facebook the data is released to other third parties and if you download their app (Facebook) on your phone, the app will most generously track and monitor your every move.

More sound and fury signifying nothing, because we all know she will never get into office.

I don't think she stands a chance really.
